Update on most, if not all, wars in the eWorld - Day 1367

Day 1,367, 15:13 Published in USA USA by CerbisWar

Starting small, it's basically Brazil and Argentina constantly attempting to annex their smaller neighbors in South America and Africa, NZ+Indonesia vs. Australia for like the 20th time in eRep history, some other regional squabble involving Colombia (meh), but all in all the Southern Hemisphere is as boring as ever.

Asia is pretty calm after ONE got RW'd out, Taiwan's fighting both Koreas and China is somehow involved. Pakistan lost her Indian colonies at some point, don't know exactly when, wasn't aware of it until today. Malaysia may be in danger of getting wiped if Peninsular Malaysia falls, and it looks like it will. Singapore is neutral, as always, which doesn't provide for much action but is surprisingly effective. I believe they're the only nation to have never seen a single one of her territories under another nation's control.

The Middle East is resembling its real world counterpart more by the day, the Arab Confederation is a battleground for Greece vs. FYROM and an ally of neither of them. So, it's kind of like a three-cornered war, with Greece and FYROM only pausing their own squabbles long enough to tell Arab resistance fighters to shove off and save everyone some trouble.

The conflicts in Eastern Europe are mostly an offshoot of Operation: Dracula's Revenge, the Romanian resistance effort. But since Romania has the unfortunate geographic luck to border both Serbia and Hungary, it's going less than well. Belarus is at war with the Alliance of Baltic Countries again (ABC), I'm sure that's proceeding swimmingly. On another note, Czechoslovakia is about to reform with the completion of the annexation of the Czech Republic by Slovakia.

Northern Europe. The United Kingdom and Ireland are having their usual catfight while across the North Sea, former allies Norway and Sweden are going at it, and Estonia has invaded Russia. They're also fighting Finland. Excitement.

The American front is finally closing after months at war, Spain is probably going to lose her last couple of New World colonies by the end of the week. Otherwise though, ONE and co. are having a good time, Slovenia has occupied northern Italy and Poland is going on a tear again, having re-established control over Germany and now invading Austria and France, who probably will need American help to avoid losing occupation. Sounds familiar. Fortunately for them, then, as USA has established a beachhead in Spain, in Cantabria, thus diverting Spanish attention from its war with France. A front to watch, this.
