Citizens of eJapan, it's kinda good to be back.

As you all are surely aware of by now, the impeachment of ex-President Sugawara Michizane has been quickly put behind us, as we move forward for our country's sake. If you have not seen the new cabinet yet, here's the list.

President: TheReverendSeanV
Vice President: Nowe
Minister of Foreign Affairs: Alfred Ball
Minister of Defense: Geno Garon
Minister of Finance: Vai Siv
Minister of Internal Affairs: Akki
Minister of Recruitment: Aston Reynold

Furthermore, two of the congressional governmental position have new people appointed to lead as well due to the recent congressional election. The new positions are as follows:

Speaker of the Congress: Aston Reynold (decided)
Minister of Security: Lejina (temporary until official decision is made)

Now, on to matters of the Ministry of Defense.

As you all know, Japan's military is in sorry shape. With inactivity, quitting, and moving away the three most popular activities in eJapan, we are hard-pressed to maintain a standing army. However, we must do SOMETHING to allow me to keep my job title, so here's what we're gonna do.

*The Ministry of Defense will be funding two separate mobile teams of 5 members each; 1 team captain and 4 team members.
*Team captains will be responsible for maintaining their team's activity, encouraging team members to participate in battles, and to carry out orders given by the MoD or President.
*Team captains will be provided with weapons and/or funds from the MoD to be used for training their teams.
*Team captains will report each week on how much "influence" their team accumulated in total during a Sunday-Saturday period.
*The team with the highest influence total will receive bonus funds and materials for training.
*If we get enough activity out of two teams, we will expand to 3 or even 4 teams, and grow the army of eJapan.

If you are interested in joining us as we restart Japan's armed forces, please contact me in whatever way you feel is best, but preferably PM me. I hope to have both teams filled by the end of this week, so we may begin exercises starting this Sunday. BANZAI!
