John went out of the tent, guitar in hand. He struck it against the ground to release the two steel blocks that made it a hammer. Chris positioned in front of the princess, so as to guard her and he flicked his hand downwards to release the steel sheets that shielded his arm. His bracer-turned-gauntlet knuckle is now ready.

"Princess! Oh, princess!" The voice was of a male. It sounded like he was in his 20's.

"John, get here." Chris called out to him. John positioned himself back-to-back with Chris, so they covered the both sides of Rielle.

"Its..." Rielle was scared.

"You know him, Rielle?" Chris asked.

"Ye-yes... He's known as the Knightmare. General Angelo Delane Mortague. One of Cieragon's 6 Dragons."

"So... Is Raylene one of this generals, too?"

"Yeah. The Royal Saber, as she is called."

Out of the woods came a knight in red armor, with a black dragon (with the golden borders) also emblazoned on it, riding a black horse, which had a dark violet saddle and armor. From beside him came five other knights. They also wore red armor but theirs was far from the General. They rode brown horses.

"The Angel of Death. I wonder why your name resembles an angel..." Chris was intrigued. John had taught him Italian. And he knew quite well that 'angelo' meant angel and 'morte' meant death.

The knight smiled and took of his helmet that covered only half of his face. He was a handsome guy on his 20's. "Now you see why. I have the face of an angel, and the bloodlust of a demon. Now. If you don't want to meet your deaths early, I suggest you run away and leave the girl to me. My emperor needs her."

"We just instilled fear in one of your so-called 'dragons'. Don't ever underestimate us." Chris replied.

"Oh-hoh, her? Raylene? Hahaha. HAHAHAHA. I'm not impressed with her moves anyway. You could've just finished her off. And oh, you're lucky she had not used her 'Saber', though."

"John, don't fight." Rielle asked of John. John was silenced. He couldn't even face Rielle.

"Uh... Rielle, we don't have much of a choice anymore." Chris responded.

"You.. You can't defeat him.. Them. You haven't seen any general they had in action. Trust me.. I don't want you two to be hurt. Run. Leave me to him."

"Rielle. We'll die trying to defend you from them. We swore to you the first time we met that we'll return you to the castle."

"No. Now, I command you to go and run. I now break the deal we had that night."

"Yeah. You break it. But we ain't leavin' princess. We're gonna act on our free will now. And our free will tells we're gonna defend you. Right, John?"

John swallowed. She's gonna talk to Rielle for the first time after remembering everything. Words have power, you know? "Ye-yeah. We're men of our words, Rielle. Even if we die, he won't lay a hand on you."

Tears rolled down her cheek. "Thank you, guys."

"How dramatic guys." Angelo intervened. "Now, now. Stop crying. You don't want to go with my deal? Then, you die. Men, charge!"

Angelo and his men charged. He purposefully charged slower so that his men came in first. John and Chris charged towards the knights, too. As one of the knights came in first, Chris jumped high up. John was at his back, and charged the knight, head on. He smashed the horse' side with his hammer guitar, knocking the knight off balance, tilted sideways. Chris, going down from his high jump, hit the knight's head with his gauntlet.

One down. Three to go.

As Chris landed, one of the knights tried to spear him down, but he ducked and evaded the spear. Quickly, he did an upper cut to the knight that sent him straight into the air. John was the one now who jumped and he hit the airborne knight with his hammer like a batter going for the homerun. Bone cracks were heard as the body hit the hammer. And a tree 5 meters away from the battlefront.

Two down. Two to go.

The third knight was so brutally punched and smashed by the duo that I, the narrator, cannot dare tell the readers how it went.

Three down. One to go.

"AAAAHHH!!"

"Rielle!" John and Chris responded together. For the first time, again, John had looked her in the face.

"Move, and she will die." The Knightmare ordered. The other knight was beside him. Apparently, he used them as distractions to get to the princess.

"Damn, how-- tsk." John was disappointed with himself.

"Haha. You two are able fighters. No wonder Raylene ran away from you two. Too sad, though, you weren't paying attention to yo--"

The forest grew abnormally cold. The knight that accompanied Angelo was covered in ice, immobile. John and Chris couldn't move, though they we're not frozen. They were shocked by the fact that they were not frozen.

"What the hell is happening? I can't move my hands!" Angelo was panicking. He is now frozen from foot to neck.

From the woods came a lady. She was fair-skinned, with black long hair. She donned a one-piece shirt-skirt (thingy, okay, I'm not a girl, I don't get fashion terms, hope you'll get the idea, though) that reched until a the middle part of her thigh. Above it, she wore a long white long-sleeved coat that reached the middle part of her calf. She wore long white boots.

"Kelsea? Kelsea!" Rielle, shouted.

"Hi Rielle." She smiled at her and she turned her attention to the General. "Now, General Montague. I'm going to unfreeze your arm that is wrapped against her neck. What I want you to do is to take that arm off her, and you let her go. If you're goint to do something stupid, you know well what I can do with that arm of yours. So, are we good?"

She thawed his arm. Instilled with fear, he let Rielle go. She ran away from her captor and went straight to Kelsea. She hugged her. "Thank you", she whispered.

Kelsea smiled. "C'mon, lets go, Rielle. And oh, you two," pointing at Chris and John, "Come with us. Thank you, by the way for being at Rielle's side."

The two, shocked at the lady, her beauty and her magic, went with her and Rielle as they exited the battlefront. They left Angelo and the other knight frozen, to thaw out.

The group of four heard Angelo's voice shout back at them.

"Your gonna pay for all these! The Knightmare will haunt you! You will pay!!!"
