UNL Congress, new chairman!

Dear readers,

5 months ago I (Flando) was elected Chairman of the UNL congress. I enjoyed it a lot!
I started this newspaper, making our Congress even more transparent.

When I wrote my goodbye, I never thought I would write in this paper again.

But here I am! I applied for Chairman of congress, and was accepted in the vote. I hope for a very fruitful month.

My excuse for writing this article:
The application for Deputy Chairman is open, and everyone is able to apply! I need a good Deputy, so I can slack and get all the credit.

I wish to remember all citizens of the UNL that the debates in Congress are open for everyone! Only the voting is possible for Congressmen only.
