I just read an article that suggests Frost should be impeached.
Um, no.
For those who are confused by the media stuff/national chatter about The Revolucion and The Resistance/Counter-Revolucion:
It's a joke.
We're siding up in good fun. Frost and Pig are very capable leaders and international strategists. Every Presidency picks a "theme" for domestic consumption, to lift moral and involve the average player. This month, we're all on board with this Revolucion/Counter Revolucion thing.
Sure, those of us on the "Resistance" side are dissappointed our guy lost. Next month we try again. Meh.
We've all done a great job through the election and in the few days since keeping this joke going, a fun and friendly rivalry.
But those in the "know" understand this is just a joke, folks.
And the term "Impeachment" is not a joke.
Mechanically, we can only propose an Impeachment once every 7 days. Once proposed (regardless of outcome), our nation has no defense or recourse if the President's account is hack, or he up and dies in a real life tradgedy. In example. For 7 days, we would be without the ability to declare war, etc.
Again: Frost and Pig are quite capable leaders. All of this is in fun.
Any Senator who were to Propose such an act would be an idiot, and be placing the nation in peril.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: The forums are being moved to a new host by Killing Time (the forum owner). There's nothing conspiratorial about it from either side, and my adding to the rumor was meant to be a joke as well. The current host has had crappy service for months now, and KT felt enough was enough. They'll be back up soon.

I've understood this was a joke from early on, but I guess to other players not so intrinsically involved, the 2 clickers, the events of the past few days may appear real. We're all having fun with our joke, resistance/revolution war. Just maybe make it a bit tamer and bit more obvious we are just having a laugh, and aren't actually serious about this.
I'm throughly enjoying this whole "joke". I do believe that it is getting many players active, myself included (I wasn't a two clicker, but this series of events got me re-inspired to write again!)
The revolucion is no joke. This game will be torn to pieces before you can laugh at us.

CTFO people! Why is it that when certain players join in with the role-playing 'joke' it suddenly becomes 'serious' and out of control. I am the one who wrote the impeachment article and everybody had a massive coronary. I assumed, wrongly it appears, that those who started this little 'joke' would be able to see through my 'joke' as easily as I saw through their 'joke'. If there are Congresspeople who would take that article seriously then maybe the frost regime after all is doing something wrong.

CRoy and Frost have little to no differences in policies and intentions. the only differences are in contacts and circle of friends. that more or less holds for all candidates with real chances for success in POTUS elections. It is because of the inexistance of political and ideological differences that "themes" are created so that we have something to talk about. noobs shouldnt take them too seriously.

Maybe you guys should have made it more obvious to people who joined after this eDrama started that it was a joke. I have had 2 friends join, say "WTF IS THIS" and then quit because they think the eWorld is full of this level of drama.
They didn't care that it was a "joke" or a jab to get players to stay, they saw it as needless Drama from primping and preening idiots and left the game with in their first 5 days.
I suspect they were not the only new players to see this "joke" and walk away from the entire game due to it.
Personally I thought it was a good joke for about the first 24 - 48 hours, now its just getting stale/old.
