Ukrainian MoFA´s urgent statеment

Виходячи з вчорашнього саміту ЕДЕНу, МЗС еУкраїни робить наступні заяви:


A.

еУкраїна глибоко схвильована станом відносин між еІзраельом та еКіпром, а саме що еКіпр спрямовано та систематично вливає велику кількість дамагу проти еІзраелю. Ці ворожі настрої ми розцінюємо як відкриту агресією проти наших ізраельських союзників. На наше глибоке переконання, ці агресивні дії еКіпру дискредитують весь дружній нам альянс Терра. еУкраїна рішуче закликає Уряд еКіпру припинити любі агресивні дії налаштовані проти еІзраелю та повернутися за стіл перемовин. Ми також наполегливо просимо штаб-квартиру Терри призвати еКіпр до порядку в ім”я збереження дружби в ТЕДЕНі.

Б.

На вчорашньому саміті, під час чотирьох годинної дискусії, серйозно загострилося болгарсько-турецьке питання.

Було поставлене на голосування питання “Чи підтримуєте ви припинення асоційованого членства Туреччини в ЕДЕНІі?” з приміткою, що еБолгарія покине ЕДЕН в разі негативного результату.
Для додаткового тиску на членів співтовариства, Президент еБолгарії виставив пропозиції НЕ еТуреччині - асоціованого члена ЕДЕНу. Цю дію та пропозицію МПП з еПольщею, можна розцінити як не етичний крок та відсутністю поваги до ЕДЕНівського співтовариства.

еУкраїна переконана в альтернативних шляхах врегулювання конфлікту та не поділяє потреби голосування цього питання з таким підтекстом але, як і інші країни, ми проголосували проти припинення випробувального терміну для еТуреччини з боку ЕДЕНу. Попри це, за результатами голосування: 5 за, 2 проти, 2 утримання (6 країн не голосували), СК ЕДЕНу оголосив про припинення випробувального терміну для Туреччини з боку ЕДЕНу.

еУкраїна, як і штаб-квартира ЕДЕНу, не поділяє наміри еБолгарії нав”язати нового ворога коли стан на польському фронті є незадовільним.

Більше того, пункт 4 статті 7 Договору про Братерство ЕДЕН передбачає, що діючим членам ЕДЕН не дозволяється вчиняти відкриту агресію проти Дружньої країни, що не є членом ЕДЕН. Дружньою країною вважається та, яка має чинні МПП, тісні дипломатичні зв'язки та спільні військові операції з країнами-чденами ЕДЕН, але не є частиною ЕДЕН. І в нас немає сумнівівщо еТуреччина є активним другом ЕДЕНУ.

В.

Тільки що ми побачили результати нестабільності в ЕДЕНІ спровоковані низкою болгарських дій. Це сумний і неґречний факт але навіть український Конгресмен вирішив висловити своє незадоволення через виставлення закона про НЕ еБолгарії. Ми розуміємо, що така дія в теорії протиречить Угоді про Братерство ЕДЕНу і не розділяємо її. Але, ми також бачимо, що інші члени ЕДЕНу виставили аналогічний закон проти еБолгарії. Очевидно що ця хвиля незадоволення спровокована дією Президента еБолгарії, який запропонував еТуреччину як НЕ.

Г.

Ми глибоко розчаровані ситуацією яка сьогодні склалася в ЕДЕН. Ми створили небезпечний прецидент коли питання вирішуються мовою ультиматумів, а брати перестали довіряти один одному.. Сьогодні наш альянс зробив декілька кроків назад.

Based on yesterday's summit of EDEN, the Ukrainian MoFA makes the following statement:

А.

eUkraine is deeply concerned with the state of relations between eIsrael and eCyprus, namely the fact that eCyprus directly and systematically puts a lot of damage in the battles against eIsrael. Such hostile attitude is regarded by eUkraine as an act of open aggression against our eIsraeli allies. We strongly believe that such aggressive actions by eCyprus puts shadow on our friendship with Terra. eUkraine strongly urges the Government of eCyprus to stop this aggression against eIsrael and requests that all parties to the conflict shall immideatly return to negotiations. We also urge the headquarters of Terra to call eCyprus to order to preserve the friendship in TEDEN.

A question was put on the poll during last EDEN Summit: "Do you support the termination of trial membership of eTurkey in EDEN?". It was followed with a statement by eBulgarian CP that eBulgaria would leave EDEN if the result of the poll is negative.

To put more pressure on the community members, the President of eBulgaria put on vote a NE proposal against eTurkey - a Friendly nation of EDEN. This action together with an MPP proposal to ePoland can be interpreted as unethical step and lack of respect towards the EDEN community.

eUkraine is certain that there are more appropriate alternative ways of settling the conflict and we do not opine that there is necessity of putting on vote this issue with such justification. We have voted against termination of the trial membership of eTurkey in EDEN. Nonetheless, based on the results of the poll: 5 YES, 2 NO, 2 ABSTAIN (6 member states did not cast their vote yet), EDEN SC has annouced the termination of the trial membership of eTurkey in EDEN.

eUkraine jointly with EDEN HQ expresses its disagreement with eBulgaria intentions of imposing new enemy to EDEN at the time when most of EDEN battlefronts, including the war between eUkraine and ePoland, demand utmost attention and maximum efforts from each EDEN Member state.

Moreover, hereby eUkraine brings attention of all EDEN Member states to the fact that in case if eBulgaria would begin the war of aggression against eTurkey it would constitute direct and conscious act of violation of the Treaty of the Brotherhood of EDEN.

In particlular, the clause 4 of Article 7 of the Treaty of the Brotherhood of EDEN provides that ”No wars of aggression against Friendly non-Members by an active Member of the Brotherhood are permitted.” Friendly nation according to the Treaty of the Brotherhood of EDEN means any country that has active MPPs, close diplomatic ties and joint military operations with Members but is not part of EDEN.

We have no doubt that eTurkey, which currently has renewed MPPs with many EDEN Member states and put so much effort in military actions supporting EDEN Member states, is active and ongoing EDEN Friendly nation.

We can already see results of turmoil inside EDEN caused by such actions of eBulgaria. It is sad and inconvenient fact but even some of Ukrainian congressman elected to express their disagreement by putting on vote the Law on NE against eBulgaria. We realise that such actions by eUkrainian congress may be in theory interpreted as violation of the Treaty of the Brotherhood of EDEN and don´t aprove it. Nonetheless, we also see that other EDEN Member states put on vote same NE laws against eBulgaria. It is obvious that such wave of hatred has been provoked by actions of eBulgarian CP who put on vote the law on NE against Turkey.

D.

We are deeply disappointed about what is happening in EDEN today. Unfortunately some important matters are solving in terms of ultimatums, and brothers don’t trust each other any more. Today our alliance has made a few steps back and this affected on the EDEN growth and development.
