Congratulations on making it into Congress as a UKPP member. You will have a number of new tools at your disposal and alot of new alerts will be created everytime a proposal is made.
As a UKPP representative it is important to know what is expected of you in regards certain proposals available in-game. The main proposals on which the UKPP has a policy are;
Donations
The eUK needs to move cash from the national account to fund the army and other social projects. To that end you are encouraged to make Proposals to move cash to 'Bank of England' (not the capitals!) and ofc resist any attempt to move cash to any organisations other then;

These organisations are listed with Admin as belonging to the eUK and are thus protected in the event of a theft or a parties refusal to hand them over to the elected government.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Sometimes they like to propose a donation to HM Treasury this is NOT an organisation protected by admin and any oldfag who controls it can walk away with the cash in it, scot-free if they choose to.
[Taxes]
The UKPP policy is for a 1% Income and 1% VAT Tax. It is unlikely that any proposals we make out of the blindside will be accepted so it is expected for you to vote 'YES' to any proposal that decreases the current tax level and 'NO' to any proposals that seek an increase.
Citizenship
You are free to use your 9 Citizenship passes as you see fit!
The general rule of thumb is only accept CS passes from nations were a MPP'd with and if in you are in any doubt and require furthur guidance then find Alfagrem or BMThatcher on IRC.
On every other issue - you are free to speak your mind and express your opinion with a mind to what the UKPP is and what it stands for.

Tend to agree here to an extent. It's not really good enough. Let's hope the next CP is more of an in-game communicator.
Of course you know there are a lot of CP reports on the forum. Would be nice if the CP or someone he appoints could summarise them in game too though.

+1 to Dan Moir tho' for echoing the UKPP idea of having the forum announcements repeated in media (or vice-versa for those that don't use the forum) by a seperate appointee.
Also, nice taking of the advantage to link-up the old forum.
why publish an article when UK has no regions? it's totally unnecessary.
There is no "old" or "new" forum. There's "your" forum which is only for one party in the United Kingdom, and "the forum" where everyone actually visits and Government conducts business.
Nice trying to imply otherwise though. I always do love your half truths. I can't wait until you get bored or leave again and the Royal Navy loses its backing.

Last time I visited the only UK forum erepublik.co.uk, I saw a load of sensible people guessing who was in the cabinet, or if we even had one at all, several days into the new term. People are starting to doubt we have a clue. Whilst old players know that we aren't completely stupid, new ones don't.
There should be a position for "Typewriter" or something, everything published in the forums will be published by him/her in-game in their newspaper which for that appointed term will be turned into the official CP newspaper. Also, the typewriter should write their own original articles on what is happening politically.
What's the UKPP party forum? I lost the URL.
Last i checked the vice CP fucked off to another country.

And ONE is the only true friends alliance. You forgot why we are not in TERRA? Who broke the Strasbourg treaty? TEDEN countries don't like us or betrayed us in the past. And by looking how TEDEN countries treat some of it's members now - no, thank you, I prefer true friends.

Where is leadership in eUK? why no articles about orders, political directions and plans, discussions etc, etc.? why things can happen on irc and forums but not in game where the majority of players are?

Marcus you are beating us coz TEDEN is now 3 times stronger than ONE. Simply you have huge advantage in daily damage and income,

Irish people control e-Ireland and always have, so that's just more bullsh*t you've been brainwashed with.
We have Irish, Brits, Croats, Bulgarians, Greeks, Canadians, Americans, Ukrainians, Serbs, Poles, Turks, Bosnians, Australians, Swedes and French in our Community and all are welcome. One thing unites them all, they are part of the e-Irish community. We are an accepting type of community and always have been. Because of this, many people that come to check us out end up staying because they feel at home.
This is eRep, not RL, so RL nationality means nothing. The only thing that matters is whether the intentions of a person or group of people are good or not. As UK now have no country and Ireland beat UK daily then I'd say that our stance on immigrants has been vindicated. When they wipe you every few days, they do so as e-Irish players, while you sit there watching Brits going OUT of your country to Sweden and Poland instead because you don't even have a country. Like, idc if 15 RL Brits wanna sit over a wiped country forever and shout "ZOMFG CROATS!" at Ireland. It's funny : )

You do realise the idea that ONE was founded on was exactly the same? The difference was that when EDEN was the underdog we made a fight of it, whereas you are just pitiful. ONE countries simply cannot baww at this stage as their credibility is now at ZERO, while UK's is even less than that.
I like how we have to appoint a secretary to write up the CPs forum reports in game. No wonder we are wiped when copy/paste is beyond our CPs ability.
There are cycles to this game, and just at the point in the cycle where EDEN was catching up with ONE, Turkey joined them. Now TEDEN are suffering from being too powerful. We are seeing Turkey/Bulgaria flare up, and other issues on the backburner are Japan/Taiwan, Cyprus/Israel and Argentina/Chile. ONE wiped the floor with TEDEN several months ago; now TEDEN are wiping the floor with ONE, just more successfully - though ABC, Poland, Sweden and Slovenia are still doing fine.
