Tyler Bubblar wins PotUS Elections in a landslide
Jimmy Cincinnati
The polling and media, both seemed to indicate a close race. I figured that TB would beat me by about 18% of the vote.
Then, I noticed 300+ citizens were recently resurrected. Some of them look like multis.
(Notice: I'm not saying that TB did anything wrong, but someone has. I'm sure that Tyler won the election, but it will be interesting to see how much these numbers will change.)
Final vote count:
Tyler Bubblar: 549 votes
GoTJ: 128
Othere: 45
Hannim: 44
While we wait; Helmet: In the Meantime
The final outcome;
GoTJ: 125
TB: 544

That is a great pic.
Give my love to the future of the humankind.
758 total votes cast this month. 792 total votes cast last month. The math isn't there.
I was pretty surprised, myself. I thought that half of them would get thrown out.
You can't be that thick.
@ henry; From what I heard about your that penis shot that you sent to that kid; you aren't either.
Tyler & math: a love affair LMAO He's after math, math' runs away
Voted for Helmet, haven't listened to them in forever.
funny pic, voted
congrats to TB, I mean, Mr. President o7
Frost, Pfeiffer & their multies... same old, same old!
People don't like it when you mention true things.
I don't know what we're basing your prediction on, GOTJ, you didn't win a single Top 5 party.
Article votes and responses. These seem like good indications; Unless their are hundreds of citizens that do nothing, but vote.
Your votes were bought, for the most part. And a pretty good number of the comments on yours were from opponents or a few key supporters, often from one party. You underestimate the power of holding the most endorsements on the page when it comes to 2 clickers.
This is clearly a criticism and not a, genuine, question, I'll humor you.
That's a no brainer. They come in 50s . So, I bought the same amount a TB. But my articles, typically got more votes.
Or someone else bought you more, then. It didn't look to me like Tyler bought any.
@ DMJ; I appreciate you enthusiasm, but that is all speculation.
Many of the comments in TBs articles were VT trolling.
Many people have no cause for commenting or even reading campaign articles--they exist for the 2-clickers. Article votes are bought by all, and they're quite cheap. Articles also mean nothing to a 2-clicker when the election day comes and 12 parties support one candidate, and others have maybe 2 parties. Those uninvolved and uninterested 2-clickers go "Sure, this looks like the right one" and their vote is sealed, because it was already decided for them.
It's for this same reason that we can't have entirely uncontrolled and strictly in-game elections, as that opens holes for PTO candidates. You have to campaign to the parties and nudge people toward their primaries, and as far as I'm aware the same requirement exists for participants in each party--have forum access prior to the primary.
I didn't buy votes for my articles, except the one I published on election day.
I respect your point of view.
One Mormon leaves the office, another Mormon takes the office and all is well Murrica! (Or was it Moron,....errr....dunno)
Oh good, I was worried you weren't going to comment, VT!
Bringing up RL religion is very Ajay-esque of you.
No religion is any different than any other. All religions are just as equally farfetched. Whether Mormon or Catholic, Jew or Hindu it shouldn't really matter. All religions pretty much believe in the same things with just a few differences.
There is an obvious conspiracy, here. I just don't think it's about religions; It's about getting your money.
Religion is about money. Think about it. If religions were actually concerned with helping people like they say then churches and temples would be plain buildings with only the bare minimum and all the money they collect would be put towards good works. Instead the worlds major religions spend millions per year on state of the art palaces for their congregations. The top leaders in the different religions are also paid very well. If they truly felt some sort of "calling" they would do it from the kindness of their heart instead of to fatten their bank accounts. It's all about the money.
Mormon Church leaders aren't paid, but I'd rather not argue the merits of my religion here.
Sure, when they "baptize" the dead, they can't get money from them 😃
ASecretSource, I'm not denigrating Mormonism. All religion is fantasy and fairy tales. If you look at the practices of every religion it's all pretty difficult to accept as reality. Walking on water? Traveling a thousand miles before modern transportation in a single night? Reincarnation? Parting oceans? The belief that whatever you do is ok as long as you go into a box and tell a man in a robe about it? Finding solid gold tablets buried in the United States? A space lord killing aliens in a volcano with 747's and psychiatrists? And on and on. While religions may have once had noble intentions, they all have gotten so far away from that and are now little more than multimillion dollar corporations. But there are still those who have the need to believe in something. To a lot of people it's hard to realize that we merely live and die and that's it. Just as our ancestors needed magic to explain nature and science, some today need religion to give them purpose. Whichever religion they choose it's all the same, no difference.
@morningblur Please don't take my comments so seriously - them both belonging to the same religious group is jut a funny coincidence & I'm just breaking their balls. They both could be whatever else by religion; it wouldn't change the fact that they are control-freaks acting out their RL frustrations right here in this game. And I can't see how they have fun this way. Regarding religion & faith: you can believe that it will be all over when you're dead, fine. I chose to believe that the soul is eternal. We both can't prove each mother right or wrong - we just have to live with what we believe. It boils down to the question: whatever makes one happy, right?
This guy apparently doesnt know how the Erep Nutcup works
USAF?
Wow. Kind of sad you felt the need to go through this. You could have at least congratulated him with some dignity and not made apparent false accusations. You had almost as many votes taken away as he did in the end. Lost some respect in my book.
USAF?
I don't understand your attempt of a question
Nice to have some pre-adolescent POTUS candidates in this game.
Nice to see one of our meta-lords logging on for a change.
I bless thee peasant.
Go get me a coffee, Kemal - 2 sugar, no cream. GO!
GoTJ or someone please feed this goat!
@ SS; Wouldn't that lead to more goats?
It sounds like that would make a good Human Interest story.
Then let's slaughter this goat and have a fine barbecue LOL
FFS, you lost because the people didn't want you to be president.
USAF?
There are many old players, me included, who really only show up when things get interesting, such as potus elections. I wasn't asked to login to vote for someone, I do it because I like to see whats happening. However based on your articles and demeanor, it's not a surprise that you lost this election. You were not the superior candidate, plain and simple.
I respect your opinion. I'm only reporting my observations.
"Ghost of Tom Joad @ henry; From what I heard about your that penis shot that you sent to that kid; you aren't either.."
That comment has guaranteed you won't receive a vote from me in the future. Very low class and frankly, offensive.
And true
Jessina apparently couldn't handle the truth.
If anyone else had done it, we would be talking about it for years. Since the almighty fluffer did it, mentioning it is low class.
