Twofold Bay: My Opinion
Keegan Knoll
Hello Australia,
In the past couple of days, there has been a massive amount of discussion over the potential of starting a war with Indonesia, and regaining Western Australia. Now, since I've finally settled down and chosen a home country in Australia, I suppose that it's high-time I started voicing my opinion on political matters.
The situation in Western Australia is not a simple decision. Personally, I'd like nothing more than to tell everyone, "Let's go, tear down Indo's occupation brick by brick!" or to otherwise say the same thing in a wittier manner that I can't think of at the moment. Unfortunately, in my way is an important question: Could we actually do it?
And even more unfortunately, the answer to that question, at least in my opinion, is no. Or at least not yet. Are we getting closer? Yes. But we are not there yet.
Obviously, there is no way to do it alone. In order to do so, we would have to make alliances with Indonesia's enemies. And, as a USA-born citizen, I would certainly like Australia to have an alliance with the US. As long as it benefited the country. And, as of now, it probably won't. The USA and her allies are currently still fighting a long, drawn out battle, and who knows how long it will take? The US wouldn't be able to help us enough to win West Australia, and hold all of our regions, without the possibility of losing ground in their war at home. Therefore, I believe that we need to wait, and keep our eyes open, for that perfect opportunity.
So sit tight, Australia. The West will still be there when the time comes.

I agree with you!
I know my opinion will not be heard by you - coz I'm Indonesian.
but please, think about it again. dont fall when you have been struggle this far.
Prove we're closer.
Because I can prove we're not a millimetre closer, nearly 1 year on.
Also, once again this article purely focuses on Australia vs. Indonesia re: WA. Operation Twofold Bay is about Australia joining EDEN to counter-balance the aggression of PEACE.
It would mean Australia to partake in the wars that would involve defending PEACE attacks, and EDEN attacks on lands that aren't not PEACE-native, which of course would include Indonesia.

You can't prove anything of the sort Cottus, and Australia has all but one region, we didn't even have that one year ago. My proof beats your lack any day of the week.
We haven't even approached Indonesia with the gold to buy the companies out, you'd have us break the contract when the Indonesians have actually stuck to their word.

Yeah because EDEN and Fortis totally have the resources to defend Australia as well when they don't even have the resources to defend themselves. USA got smashed by Indonesia and Indo had no allies against all of USA and their allies, and Indo didn't really care if they won or lost. Whereas this time not only would Indo still be able to match Australia and EDEN/Fortis/SOL, but it would actually put some real effort into defending WA its 1st or 2nd most prized region.
why dont we just start buying WA companies and sign a MPP as per the treaty?
The West wont be there for you in the future. What incentive is there to help you in your time of need when you refuse to be there for others?
