Dear citizens of eIreland!
It is I again, Damhnaic, your beloved Minister of Community. *clap clap clap clap*
I come to you today with a new contest, a tutorial one. It is very simple. Create a tutorial for new citizens and send it so us. It can be in any format: text, text+images, video, interactive screen, etc. The only limit is your imagination!
Here are some points we want you to include in your tutorial:
- An introduction to IRC and eIrish channels
- How to receive weapons from the Irish supplies
- How to get involved via MU and Partys
In brief: everything you judge useful to prevent our new citizens to become two-clickers.
You will have until October 1st to make your tutorial. Send it via PM (HERE) to the Irish Community. A small jury shall choose the best tutorial and send the winner (or the winning team) a prize of 10 gold. (If you are two, 5g each. etc).

Just give the 10 Gold to Irasian. He won this a year ago or more.
You can enter as many time as you want. But the jury might decide to rule out pre-made tutorials (wink)

This is a contest, not a giveaway. Many people have contacted me telling they were working on something. I would appreciate some respect from the Irish Citizens towards other players that might have some skills too. (@Marcus Suridius & @Yddub Emwolb). Irasian is free to participate if he wish, there won't be a gold giveaway to anyone on the claimed basis.

Does it have to be one article or can it be multiple? I currently have about 6 or 7 documents which I am going to spew out in rapid succession with a contents page linking them all together for ease of access as I was told by many other people that it was too lengthy otherwise.
Lighten up Damhnaic. Neither Marcus nor I are "disrespecting" the eIrish citizenry nor are we expecting a "gold giveaway". We're just giving kudos to Irasian for the incredible New Citizens Guide he did previously. I'm sure Marcus didn't mean for you to actually call the contest off and I know I didn't. I'm happy you take the MoC position seriously but take it down a notch.
@Irasian, It's alright, sent us what you have and we'll do our possible to understand how the universe works.
Will do but I reckon I should probably add a couple more words and a couple of sections to finsh, another 10k words should just about do it : P
