Turkey in flames - English edition

The peaceful period in Turkey that marked their successful conquest of most of the neighbouring countries, including Ukraine, Israel, parts of Egyprt and Saudi Arabia, abruptely came to and end. You may be asking yourselves, why did that happen and what were the main reasons for such a decline in Turkey's superiority in region - the answer is simple, EDEN picked on them, and Turks, as a neutral country, can't count on ONE's help as much as other superpowers and as such, most of the strong countries are included in their individual alliances around the world. But that was just the beginning of their problems, Serbia, that didn't like how Turks voted in the Kosovo referendum, showed hostile attitude towards them, however, Serbian presidency at the time made several efforts to convince the Turkish side into thinking that they can still regard them as allies, they failed obviously after some time, and individuals or we might say groups of Serbians fought for Romania in their war against their natural enemies that hears by the name of Turkey. The Asian superpower, as some like to call it, at first lost some ground to the EDEN offensive backed by individual Serbian help but Romanians didn't manage to keep their game on top for a longer period of time that would eventually enable them to complete their main goal and escape the "Balkan cage" - like Croatia did some time ago and is now placed in the Mexican and Venezuelian regions.


Some time ago Turkey was ruling her surroundings, now Turks are fighting for their survival in eRepublik.

Albania may stir up things
Possible Albanian power in the region may eventually make things quite complicated, but at this very given moment it just seems that Albanian territories were simply made so Serbians could conquer them - the regions have 3 resources and they cannot be found in original Serbian lands and if that's not enough, Albania borders Italy. We may ask ourselves, if their goal is to "relieve" Croatia of their siege, that Serbia is doing on them. The answer would be most likely, since admins are interested in increasing their never big enough profit and income from this game. Anyhow, Albanians, as one of the most hated nations in the Balkans, have hundreds of thousand of their people spread throughout the European nations and as such, they have the required money to put the tide of the game on their side. Although most of people regard the newly added nation as the "motherland" of drug trafficking and illegal activities, such as corruption, prostitution, under on word we can name it mafia, they will be regarded, of course if they reach a certain power in eRepublik, as an important factor from the point of view of their allies, such as Croatia and Greece that (will) share common enemies with them. Albania actually promised their allegiance to EDEN before they were added to this game, so we can clearly see what they are aiming for - they will be looking to cause Serbians loads of troubles although they, as a superpower number one in this game, will take their pressure pretty easily. It must be said that a country can reach its potential few months after it is added to the game and Macedonia proved us that. At first, they were target of a coordinated attack from Bulgaria and Greece and their real life tensions with the mentioned countries eventually brought them several baby booms. Albania shares a common "issue", they have tense relationship with Macedonia, where Albanian minority is pretty big, Serbia, Greece and of course other countries around the Balkans don't regard them as a bright spot of the area.


Albania is a possible future superpower and may follow the path of Macedonians that overpowered their neighbours soon after their country was added to the game.

Poland and Serbia continuing their advance through American territories
The offensive that was launched several weeks ago is steadily gaining on progress, but surprises are possible and as such, USA managed to defend themselves against the Serbians that were at the time struggling in occupired regions in Italy, Croatia and France, where they lost their access to the rubber region. The main Serbian problem again lies in overexpanding, they made this mistake several times in history in this game - but it didn't teach them anything and they are being stubborn and headless yet again. It seems that they will have to face the fall and rise from that once more, it's how the world turns and nothing lasts forever.


Poland and Serbia are slowly carving their path through the numerous American regions. ONE's ultimate goal is to get rid of Croatia located in the Mexican and Venezuelian regions.

Greek efforts to regain their independence
Greece regained their independence after being occupied by their northern neighbours Macedonia, but as such, it seems that it won't last long and they will have to fight for the "right" to have their country once more. Macedonians are known to have some individuals that can amass a lot of damage and can keep their enemies on cold for some time to come, although Greece isn't any better and in the past counted on tank damage even more. It's quite ironical, people calling others that they are "feeding" the admins are doing it themselves and that can be called hypocrisy - with that I mean Greeks and Serbians can't be excluded either. The main problem arises for those countries, when their tanks, that provide them crucial damage, aren't present and may eventually due to the loss in number of damage cause the fall of a country's empire.


Macedonia is so far being quite successful in the fight against Greece, where their main goal is to prevent them regaining their original regions.

Estonia successful in regaining its independence
After a short period of Finnish occupation Estonia is back on the map and is now on the offensive towards the Scandinavian enemy. As it seems in this very given moment the countries are pretty much tied up in damage, or as some like to call in their allies' damage, Estonia can surely have a minor advantage over Fins, since they are part of the ONE alliances, but aren't included in the alliance formally, Finland on the other side can rely mostly on themselves and from times to times Croatian help that can always change the tide of the battle.


Estonia has recently witnessed several successes versus the forces of Finland and EDEN. After their occupation they regained their independence and are now on the offensive against Fins.

A synonym for stability in eRepublik - Slovenia
A country that has managed to keep itself strong for some time already, although we can't count ourselves as a superpower, we, with our wise moves, made it all possible and are now enjoying the gains of it. Regarding Switzerland, it is possible that the Slovenian and Swiss side come to an agreement that will allow Switzerland to reappear on the map of eRepublik again after they were occupied.


Slovenia has successfully managed to keep its regions in Italy and Switzerland for some considerable time by now and it looks like the occupation of the mentioned regions will continue in future.

In eRepublik every thing can be unpredictable, we don't know what future brings, but we can carve it, it's a gift and a curse at times - and Serbia is proving that. They are a superpower, but they do need some stability that is needed for a country to be above everyone else. They have the numbers, but do they have what it takes to make their enemies pay for being what they are, is the main question we can ask ourselves at the moment. Time will tell, time will tell is the only right answer.
