Trust, Honor and Freedom.

Not so long ago MeiFawAn made a deal with eRoChina. Both eNK and eChina agreed to rent Kangwon to eChina for a monthly sum of 60g. The deal was greeted rather warmly in eNK and eChina seemed happy to get an extra 5% food production for this amount. Things changed quite a bit with the last elected country presidents. The new chinese administration has showed no intent to honor deals made by the previous administration and the new president of eNK and his cabinet have been less than lukewarm about putting much effort to get eNK paid for their region. Essentially, the current chinese administration see nothing wrong with occupying an eNK region and our current government will do anything eChina will tell them to do (in this case, nothing at all). Make no mistake, we are grateful for the help China gave us, but the idea was not to trade a foreign imperialist power for another.

Our President and his cabinet are supposed to be advocates for our nations. Strong, dedicated and borderline rabid advocates for our nation.

The sad truth it's currently eChina ranks way higher in the priorities of our President and his cabinet than the very nation they are supposed to protect.

What many seem to not realize it's before all those PTOs, eNK was an independant nation. We did our own thing and had a pretty good going for our size. From day one we were under the constant threat of PTOs from Hungary, Iran and Russia; but we thrived nonetheless and constantly shamed those trying to take over our country (up until we militarily got taken off the map by Russia anyway).

How did we do so well back then?

Because the citizens and those in power had one thing in min😛 eNorth Korea first.

We had our share of disagreements (Strasser and I sure didn't agree on much things back then) but whatever we were doing was for the best of our Nation.

The current picture is much different. Too many politicians in eNK, many in positions of power, just don't have this drive to see eNK grow and shine. They see it as a vassal state and themselves as some sort of puppet government to eChina and, apparently, to them it is the natural thing to just follow directions from this foreign power.

This is not how it should be. eNK is an independant state and as such deserve to have its sovereignty respected. This starts with our very own citizens and politicians. When are you going to respect your own country?

This Nation is never going to grow and improve if its own best interest isn't the first priority for those who represent it.

Do you want to be citizen of a vassal state with no will of its own or do you want to be part of something better?
