True patriot achievement - End of allies collaboration ?

Hi E- citizens !

The new achievement True Patriot seems good at first glance.
Certain 5 gold with some patience and the first 3 medals are achievable for medium players within one week.

But does this medal will stop or reduce in great amount the help which allies give between themselves ?!?
The medal is achievable only if you fight for your citizen country so most of the players wouldn't want to waste their damage by helping their allies.

Does this medal kills the alliances strategy and is favorable only for strong countries which make huge damage by themselves, leaving the small countries with no chance when fighting with some stronger country even though they are part of alliance. Only help could be achieved if allied country attack the country that attacked it weaker ally.

What are your thought about this ? Does this medal kills the strategy part of the game ?
