True Democratic Reform!

Dear fellow citizens of eUK and Northern Ireland; it is with humility and devotion to our great country that I submit myself for your consideration as your representative in Congress.

Firstly it is fair that those of you who don't yet know me should have some idea of who I am:

I am an experienced gamer; I have run my own MMORPG guild for 3 yrs which currently has over 250 members and plays mostly in Rohan online so I have some idea of how to represent an online community from that.

In my elife I first joined the Royal Navy, where I was quickly (too quickly some might say) appointed Sergeant of E (Easy) Platoon where I have served loyally ever since, even paying for some of my squad to go to war myself. Last month I was kindly accepted as an apprentice in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFa) where, with help from Squiddy (the current MoFa); I helped to set up the database for each country so that future Ministers could judge trends and watch for extraordinary growths in population etc... In the present term I am obliged to roadrunnerspeed for taking me as apprentice at the Ministry of Finance (MoF) where we are steadily rebuilding the countries gold reserve and have just started using the foreign exchange markets to produce a small profit. All in all I am committed to eUK, hard working and happy to work across party bounadries. (I have NEVER missed a days work in erep in 3 months!).

What will I do for you?
A. Local Democracy.
I want real democracy at a local level and I pledge to bring democracy to your door!
How will I do this?
Any vote in the House of Commons (Congress) I shall notify you of and argue my case. I cannot set up a poll in our regional forums as people from other regions may vote, but I shall take votes by pm in game and on forums for all legislation. Though I will argue my view, I will respect your decision! I shall also post in Regional Forums the names of all who voted and how they voted so that the system will be 'transparent'.
My opinion may not always be my party's and I shall argue my opinion with you, but in the end I will be YOUR representative and not my own or my parties. This will be a first attempt at REAL local democracy and no doubt we may encounter problems but we CAN and WILL refine this system until it works and you have a real say in the eUK Congress!

B. Pledges to YOU!
I shall maintain the Congressman's Office in Regional Forums and upon request any person may have my msn.
Any 200GBP grant I get for regional purposes I shall use to encourage those in Northern Ireland who have not yet done so, to register on eUK forums and our Region Forums.
I shall also create a newspaper to update of you all of local, national and international affairs.
I shall personally pm in game every person in Northern Ireland and point them to the our Regional Forums.
Should I be elected, my 5 gold will buy houses to be won by competition.

What does Northern Ireland need?
A. New oil companies...let us make them together! But what do we do with oil...?
B. We make a moving ticket company! Together we can do these things; this will encourage more migrants from London! These companies would then be managed by a Northern Ireland Board of Trade for the benefit of Northern Ireland.
C. Will Salmon is our clinic director and great he is but sadly he is often away. We must have a deputy so that our community does not suffer while Will is absent.

Together we CAN make local democracy work! Together we CAN make companies for our benefit! Together we can make Northern Ireland an example to rest of eUK as how a region should work together!
