Transport route to the Capital !?!?

My return last month after long time, I tried to find myself all changes in this game
(none tutorials or wrong / incomplete ... and continues to change, is almost normal to not find the tutorials
My big disappointment is the introduction of these routes to the capital.
There are many regions in several countries, which do not contribute to the economy.
We have two regions: Jeollanam-do and Jeju, without economic route to the capital, so we do not have production bonuses (in special for aluminum).
The truth is that eROC is not used economically the occupied regions, and neither eSK the two regions mentioned.
Who loses? or who might have won?
The answer is: Everyone.
Each of us works at a company, or nearly all of us have food, weapons or raw
companies.
So almost all of us lose products and Work Skill points.
We must do something to not lose when those regions are ours and can help us.
