Ok, my next action is the translation team.
Of course, I know that there are more important things to do. But I want to be efficient. If I try now something "big" instead of many small things, I will not reach it in these few days, and I will end them having helped for nothing 🙁

So: The Translation Team.
New position: Deputy for Translations. Salary: 7 RUB / full week + 30 RUB / full month.
Task description:
1. Make a list of translators, with their wages (they choose them), in a public place. He can choose where, but a link must be in the wiki under Ministry of Information.
2. Make propaganda, so that the customers know that there is a translation team.
3. Build a place where the customers can present: A link to the text, and which translators are included or excluded (if any). This can be the game forum or another forum (for example the eKremlin, Ministry of Information, or erespublika.ru).
4. Too many exclusions => the translator is fired and its named is kept in a "black list" for some time.
5. The money is given to the Deputy in advance. He puts it in an org of the Ministry of Information. If we find none, we build one. Or we trust the Deputy... hum...
6. In the same place where the customers present, a translator can get the job. He say "i take it" and stars translating. If he is not ready in 24 hours, he may be fired.
7. When the translation is ready, the customer says it and the translator is paid.
8. The Deputy tries to get the salaries reasonably low.
9. The State can use the service... and pays, as anybody else.

A little advice. What if you'll make a per article payment. I mean you post an aricle,count it's symbols. And there is a fixed price 0,5 ruble per 1000 symbols. The one who bids and translates it gets the money.

Adds bureaucracy, having to count the symbols. I like simplicity if nothing else is required.
But this is something you can speak with the Deputy of Translations. First we have to FIND one 🙂 . If we thinks it's ok, I will not be the one to oppose it.
I believe that there must be the governmental support, which will provide English speaking people with opportunity of getting translation of (f.e.) 100 words for free without counting spaces, commas, dots, ect. It will let people be informed what article is about by short Russian explanation in it.
Translation must be paid by government to translator, but it shouldn't worth money for the English writer of the article.
It must be within the bounds of care about citizens of the eRussia.
Сertainly, there will be attempts to use it against eRussia by sending tonnes of "100 words for free translation". For that case there must be some kind of commission (or it must do Deputy of Translations if there will be not a lot of requests), which will approve translation.
Propaganda should be made wisely not by spending money for citizens adds. For example by publishing short advertising of it in articles which are already in national top. I think owners of that articles (not everyone, but some of them) will feel sympathy for such kind of petition.
About salary of translators or Deputy of Translations.
It's very difficult to calculate the right wage because we don't know how many request's will be in one day. For example I can do translations for someone in my leisure time for free. But if one will have to _work_ in this _game_ it will make wage grow higher.
Maybe people who is interested in such kind of idea should make "analyse of market"?
Free small translations: Friends care about this usually, but the main idea that small should be cheaper is good and I think after the start for the big documents, the Deputy can improve the system to consider this "market".
A commission approving translations: too much bureaucracy 🙁
Propaganda of Team: You are right, 100%. No paid advises. Ok.
Salary of Deputy: We will rise it until somebody presents for the position 😃 .
Salary of Tranlsators: The Deputy will rise it until all texts are translated 🙂 .
Analysis of market: Interesting but maybe unnecessary, we can correct the wages on the run. And I do not know who could make that analysis so... volunteers, anywhere?

Maybe free translation needed only for the articles were it is important? There is no need to translate something useless - it will be useless anyway in both English and Russian 🙂 But if the meaning of text can be important for the eRussian citizens - it's should be translated...

Yap, it's real bureaucracy as it is. But in vein of idea of free (prepaid by eRussian Government) translation I don't know how to do it better 🙂

I'm not speaking about real analysis like INR, just publicate some articles (not only in eRussia), get in touch with some people from foreign and ask them. Just to understand is it really worth doing it or not.

State articles will be translated at the cost of the state. This is correct. But deciding which articles are important or not to get a subvention... hum... hum... I see corruption and innecessary bureaucracy on this.

I just suggest an idea, I'm wasn't proving that it's the best one 🙂 I'm agree, that "small should be cheaper". Maybe the payment must be per one word (without articles)? It will make calculating more transparent...

I will try to post article about it today and will ask some people to help in governing opinions of other people (maybe it will make able to find some translators, who knows). If there will any useful information at the end of the day - I will provide it to you.
The problem is not the translators, it is the Deputy. We have translators, and we can find many more. But we need the Deputy.
