upgrading your training ground is the best thing you can do.

save your gold and upgrade the free training ground when there are offers on

every 250 str will get you 5 gold reward

you will get your money back plus increase your strength

then upgrade the next cheapest ground fully.

Once you have the first two fully upgraded then move onto the others. Only buy the cheaper contrct if you have 3 grounds developed or the pro contrct if you have 4. I now train with 4 full grounds and a pro contrct and the rewards virtually pay for themselves.
