I am Svetoslav Terter – the newly appointed embassador of Bulgaria in Argentina.
Firstly I want to present you the government of eBulgaria:

Bulgaria is European country – really far away from Argentina both in the real world and here, in the game, so you may ask why my country is interested in Argentina. And the answer is that Bulgaria desires to have positive relations with all countries in the world, including yours. I am personally very happy to be appointed as an embassador in the country of such emblematic persons as María Eva Duarte de Perón (famous in Bulgaria because of the movie for her life) and of course Che Guevara – famous even without movies. So I am now very happy that I will have the chance to learn something new about Argentina as a country, about its culture and history. So far away, that I may never be able to reach it (in real life), Argentina is an exotic and exiting place to be embassador in (even only in the game). So I am sending you the message for peace and friendship and the appeal for cooperation in the name of my people, my government and myself.
