You know, my friend ...
I like to continue in english (even if sort of it, because this id MY DIALECT) because this way I noticed I could avoid the bad karma, meaning comments on this newspaper. Or is it because the subjects ?
However, it have good results so, I will keep this practice, even if that make my romanian speaker friends to avoid me (appologize for that to them).
This intrusion on the ancient India concepts (just the part of them I like -
Because this YAMA is also caled the maha – vratam,meaning the Great Oath wich one do with himself in order to have a human social life, being, after all, the moust powerful regulator for a society.
We could create laws, public security systems, fancy alarms, ... you name it, but we will not be secure against those who intend to kill, steal, rape, etc.
Also, you see, even those (let’s call them the bad guys – tbg) are humans and aware of them condition.
I mean, it is not easy to see yourself an outlaw, or outcast for the case.
Other humans tend to avoid contact with you, they avoid talking with you and even will avoid to touch you (not posible in eR but ... ).
Factly this is the maximum punishement we could inflict on them and the worst one they feel (because they do feel it).
After all, they want to be regular persons like we are.
See, whe went for Troy Achile had to chose betwen being famous or happy (He’s mother, the oracle, told him that if he dont go to war he will have a nice family in Larisa, with children who will love him, a loving wife [no mention about mistress thought] and tha he’s memory will be cherished by the sons of he’s sons for few generations. But after that oblivion will came upon he’s name and memory).
I’m sure it was a big struggle in the soul of the migtiest warior betwen those two options.
Also, is good to know that for ancient indians people was of 3 kinds.
Tamas – black,slow or still, stupid, tempted to grave addictions and having bad habbits;
Rajas – grey, allways in motion, smart and imaginative, not really able to focus on what it is important because this continuous movent on he’s head [like trains in a raillway station], afectionate;
Sattwa – lighted, still, wise, detached from the world, firmly rooted in he’s virtues path.
So, one could pay much effort to change a human from one of those indian boxes to another but it will be hard. Not imposible.
Also, depend on what personal agenda have the „action man”. I mean, the result box is related to that.
Sure, we know, people generally tend to take the moust easy path (pantha rei) and that is the one that your frinds gennerally show you (that for the saying – tell me who’s your friends and i will tell you who you are).
So, learning to cheat, steal, lie is allways much more easy and gave to one much more fast results.
This is, that for, an unffair battle wich could seems lost from the very begining. Is not it ?
That for, in a battle (any battle) the flag bearer is the moust respectable and honorable one.

First... I will thank you that you will continue. I don't know why, I don't know exactly why I have this strong feeling that what you've started now is like a snowball rolling down the hill... but is a strong feeling so... tanks.

This... I think that was the reason why the culture of "bad asses" developed itself in such a great manner in the paste decades. As a reaction of conservation instinct.
Look at the rap culture and community, the so called "underground culture". It started from Martin L. King and The Black Panthers and ended in a quasi anarchist but mostly anti-social and even crime promoting movement.(and I'm not making a reference at the rap music as a whole)
This people don't give a rat's ass on other people's opinion about them and the only place where they want to integrate upon their "standard of moral values" is of their own small world.
Every country and city on Earth has, more or less such a community where our normal and old world is considered the bad one and where we are considered the enemy..
Erepublik is not an exception in this case. I/we tried to ignore them, to not "touch them" and give them any importance with the hope that they will feel what they have to and they will adapt. But it was useless because they took profit of ou silence and continued harder to take control over the weak souls. And when the argument in their speech was missing they resorted at the bullying argument to break in the infidels.

Yes... it's hard, maybe impossible to push up ap person from its tarnas condition to raja or even sattwa but we are some kind of stuborn freaks and try it over and over.

No! Definitly not!
Why? Because I consider myself a winner even if sometimes I'm a simple grey raja and have problems to focus on wath's important at a specific moment. The most important is that I never lose the path.

@The Brigadier, if our friend Ion started he's collection of butterlies i thought I should, also randomely, start my'ne.
The colections of "the flag bearers", because I allways considered those who continue to fight so.
Now, the flag could be white or black, but this is another story.

In real life I never mad and I would never make a so called "insectar". And not because butterflies are so beautiful and harmless, but because I cant kill... I want them live, so my collection is a very lively one... (smiley)
