This game is need of a major reboot.
You guys have angered the players and they have responded.
You believe you are improving game play, but the number of active players is dwindling and dwindling quickly.
You are losing passionate players by the day, and I have basically resolved myself two clicking.
I even spent some cash on this game, but I don't expect to nor will I for a while.
The reason?
Well, it's simple. You don't listen.
The headless chicken has lived up to it's name. Not giving thought or sight to the decisions they have made.
Just check your logs and witness the decline of the active players.
In one month, I have seen canadian actives drop by 300 and in the world we have lost over 10,000 actives. Get the memo and listen to your players.
Me, for myself, I plan to play until the bitter end, but please listen to your active and passionate players.

There have been many cases where you threw out an idea and it was received with high negativity in the forums. However, instead of listening or even altering or even asking for suggestions you decided to forge ahead with the idea anyways. Can't you see the problems that you create for yourself?

So, until you decide to listen to the players, I will not be spending any further money on this game. Especially the gold packs. For any players willing to read this, I would advise the same. The fastest way to get the game designers to listen is through their pocket books.
