Dear friends from Russia,

This article is dedicated to you, who stand out with us during the battle of Rhone Alps. We, the French government, would like to thank you for your dedication, your time, and of course your support in trying to liberate our regions.
We believe that your country has shown the kind of behavior every ally should have with another. Please be assured that even though we did not succeed in our effort to win our regions back, the ties which bind our two nations have grown stronger, and we are proud to count you among our friends.
