Hang In There

With the dropping in prices for both raw materials and finished goods, there is a required drop in the wages that you are receiving. No one can pay you 22 cents a unit for raw materials if they can only sell it for 19.

I am trying to keep wages competitive and current with market conditions, but I can only watch the game so much during the day. I do have better things to watch at times.

If you feel your salary needs adjusting, please send me a message BEFORE quitting. I will see what I can do.

If you are a new hire and I had to fire you, there will be a new job offering with the current wages posted.

I do want to keep as many people working as I can and supply the country with affordable guns.
