can you explain Minister of Law and Minister of foreign intelligence, I know what they could be RL, but IG??

Minister of Law - You oversee proposals, laws, etc to make sure they are constitutionally legal and if they go against any existing laws. You also call people out if they are breaking an Irish law and report them. You are the judge, congress is the jury.

Minister of Foreign Intelligence - You work with intelligence organizations, primarily EDEN nations, to develop in-depth analysis on enemy nations/characters. You take in information from allies and give it to whomever it is relevant to. Also probably the Minister of State and President.

I like your concept actually mike.. I thought you may be crazy when I saw all the positions but if you give expiranced and trusted players the "key" roles and give some newer citizens the chance to get involved maybe we could find a few new good ministers who havent had the chance to show what they got. Thanks Bassy! Yes, I am giving experienced and good citizens the "key" roles in government, but a lot of these newer or "lesser" duties are designed for new people to shine and contribute. We need to prepare for a new generation of politicians, we need to guide into it. Otherwise we'll have months of rogue congressmen and old career politicians.

October is the time for revolution, a real change in governmental structure and the future of Ireland. I am not talking about scrapping the system or implement "extreme" policies, but reform in structure and open the way for prosperity & progression.

The Minister of Recruitment will hopefully bring new players to eIreland, both from in-game advertising to Facebook to other games! I am promising an increase of 4% population in Ireland if I am elected.

@MikeBane Your Minister of Law Is in itself "unconstitutional" As well as unworkable (not in game mechanics). For a president himself to appoint a "judge" is also a very bad idea .

Also Can you explain/elaborate please "Otherwise we'll have months of rogue congressmen and old career politicians." What about those who keep runnning and get a seat yet hardly ever seem to stay for a half term never mind a full term ?? You yourself have done this more than once after winning/losing an election.
I'd rather have a "career" politician who actually stays around and contributes however little

I am quite fond of the idea of having something that regulates legislation. However I believe that I should not be A SINGLE person.
Also a more proper name would be "The Constitutional Court" or something like that. They should (like in RL) either be appointed by the country president or elected by parliament.

I'm still a little worried about the size of the cabinet. Big cabinets in the past were generally a bureaucratic mess.

It is a really good idea in theory because if everyone works hard and you can keep an eye on everyone it means a lot is done.

It's just hard to put that into practice.

You have some very good ideas Mike. I think Cas and Seanan have a point about the CC unless there is some other stuff that you have in mind that is to long to put in the article.

Ireland has done things the same way for a long time and for the most part it has worked. That doesn't mean something new can't work so I am all for trying. Your new ideas may be great for Ireland or they wont'. We won't know until we try.
