Look for countries in your vicinity where you have 0 protector points.
Go to the armory (on the menu My Places -> Armory).
Since you have 0 points in these countries it's guaranteed that you have never fought for them and don't have a vehicle assigned. This means you only get protector points worth 1% of the damage you do.

For air:
You'll need 9.100 protector points. That's 910.000 damage.

For ground :
You'll need to get 950.000 protector points to reach protector level 1. Damage: 95.000.000.
Use a ghost booster.
