Summary
My aim is to start early and, hopefully, get a head start!

Analysis
With the exception of November I have stood for each election over the last six months and have not ever got in, with others being chosen over me.
As a party it's clear that we, have had mixed results.
Questions
- Why have I always been second best?
- How can I do better?
- Why have we always done so badly?

Discussion
I think it's clear that in many cases many of my opponents in elections have been playing far longer than I have and therefore it is reasonable to assume they have more experience, often having done something before, and more support, being more widely known amongst fellow players, than I am.
This does not mean that they are going to be any better at a role than I am, or that I am any less able. Remember, everyone has to start somewhere.
Nor does it mean that their policies or their results would be any better than mine.
While many of my opponents have more experience than I do and there is nothing I can do about that I am in control of promoting myself and it's reasonable to assume the more I do this, the better I'll do.
As a party it's clear we're getting votes and it's more a case of how can we hold on to the votes we have and how can we get more. The obvious way forward here is through promoting our candidates and promoting us as a party; in both cases making the electorate realise what we have to offer and want to vote for us.

I want to increase member activity, get more people involved, let everyone be heard and give everyone a chance.

I want to improve things for everyone, I believe everyone has a voice and I believe everyone's voice should be heard.
Progress
I want to stop this fluctuation in votes and continue the trend that appears to have started.
I want to make us the clear number one party in terms of activity as well as members.

- Why have I always been second best? You've only recently came out of your shell. I've seen your name on the list many times an have never had any contact nor heard or seen anything from you. Just lately you have been popping up in the party feed and writing some great articles questioning the party. People have begun to notice it.
- How can I do better? Carry on with what you are doing now. UKPP congress has no magic formula. Simply being seen and heard by the party works. Maybe pop onto the IRC channel, you'll find most of the bigwigs (or try Pming them) on there throughout the day, read the forums, comment on articles, simply be seen to be an active contributor.
- Why have we always done so badly? We've actually done pretty well during our congress runs. More numbers are required for a better performance. There is no skill required in congress elections anymore, it's simply getting people online on the day and getting them to vote UKPP.
- How can we do better? Player retention and education. That comes down to each and everyone of us. Maybe start up the 'add a friend' project for UKPP again get our guys more connected and feeling apart of something more. Would be an ideal little project for a budding politician like yourself.
