ok so first the laugh
How many Army people does it take to screw in a light bulb?
one to stand on the ladder and screw in the light bulb
one to hold the ladder
and 10 to yell at him that he's doing it wrong
then at the end they say good job.

how many people does it take to form the army
one so MOD get it done.
right now there is no MOD
so who ever the next president elects it's your responsibility
no one elses, make a choice stick with it.
any organised army will be better then none.
