It's been a long time since I wrote something. There were days when eIndian media was completely filled with my articles but today I feel empty with nothing left. It's disheartening and feels weird when you leave your home country and move to some other one. But moving away has helped me a lot.
The recent decision of Plato to insert "endorse" option is a kind of good step for media to flourish in the game. Till then it was only "I sub you and you sub me back" business. The game has been "dying" since long. Players left, players came but the tempo of the game has remained the same. From two long years I watched the "FIX ECONOMY" articles and now today I see "FIX THE GAME" articles. YES! The game has progressed way too ahead.
Plato needs to come up with something which could motivate the players to "remain". Many players may buy gold but something more precious is being offered in return. Sleepless nights watching the battles, setting CO's, supplying weapons, IRC discussions, hours of hard-clicking- all these have now vanished from the game. All that remains now is a "minuscule minority" of players who login daily in the hope of a CHANGE which might arrive someday or the other.
We need a REASON to STAY PLATO!!!

You can find a place in Canada. Most people here are easy to get along with you.
I am already tired of articles reminding me that the game sucks. Admins don't read, or if they do then don't care. I used to think that it was something to do with Romanian thinking but after 4 years I have to say that other RL countries complain about the same thing as me. Also, eRepublik owners are not just Romanian any more. I conclude that they are just milking the game for all it's worth because these things usually don't last this long. Odd that they keep paying for code to make things pretty, I don't get the logic in that. Obviously bringing in new players and retaining old players is unimportant, why put a coat of paint on the dump?
They are just wrapping up things for eRepublik maybe. Milk whatever they want and start something new. If the admins really read our articles (unless they are reported by someone) they should be feeling guilty of what they have done to a beautiful game! 🙁

I think they should make a better import export system. Its no where near realistic. You always have your labor cheap as hell and import the finished product and sell after a markup. You make your products in another country pay the laborers in their currency. But then they also need where countries can compete on the value of their currency. Like you could take and sell 100 CAD and you buy 500 of whatever currency. You have 4 employees employeed for longer. You import your product and sell it in CAD. This is just a few ideas I have that I think would make the game much more competive and more interesting.
Yes I agree there are many interesting changes which were proposed by many players which could have done good to the dumb economy module. Even the FIGHT page need to be updated. We are left with nothing now. Every module sucks in its own way!
