This Week, Will Be A Good Week

Boundaries shift, new players step in; but power always finds a place to rest its head. - Shepherd, Modern Warfare 2

The UK Reform Party continues to move forward this week with a team of eager members stepping up to assist in the day-to-day running of the party. I would like to quickly introduce and welcome some fresh new faces to the party frontline:

Apotygma - what can I say? This guy has only been with the party for about two weeks and has immediately integrated with our community by participating in discussions and offering help wherever he can. This is what all new members should be doing! Apo is now offering his expert business mind to the UKRP by managing our Moving Ticket company in preparation for the next Congress elections.

Daniel Thorrold - the ex-BEP authority has found a new home with the UKRP. I welcome him graciously and hope he sticks around.

drobinson09 - this guy has only just appeared in the party having only joined eRepublik recently, but he is a shining example of what all new players should be like. He contributes to our discussions and is very IRC active - and the great thing is, he's not an idiot.

Darkmantle - Mantle is a great guy and it was a shame he didn't make it into Congress last month. He has been with the party for about a month now and it's excellent to see him so eagerly contributing to our cause. He has recently been working on setting up a party website and is also heavily assisting our reformations that will strengthen the UKRP.

Steve Steinbeck - Ya that's me. Some people may know me, some people may not, but I have been with the party since late in October and have been directing recruitment. I've now happily taken the editorial seat of this newspaper.

We will be forgetting and ignoring any hindrances that occurred last week. We have already said we will miss Jamesw but we all respect his decision to move on.

This week we shall battle on in the hope our Party President is not banned under false allegations. We will not let this get in our way - we have a presidential election just days away, where the UKRP supported candidate is already secured victory, and we have work that needs to be done in the party if we are to prevail as the largest and the best political group in the United Kingdom.

Thank you for reading,
Steve Steinbeck
