Lately there has been much talk about accountability and transparency. I of course have the solutions to these problems but I won't be implimenting them since I'm not running. This is merely a way to answer the questions I get on a daily basis. So here goes

Accountability

Simple enough we just put in a crack team of moniters to track every expenditure. Of course nobody wants to do this job for free but for just a few bananas a day I found a firm that is willing to take the job on.



I've been assured their work is top notch and that 99% of their employees are even more intelligent than Octavian. Outsourcing this job is clearly the best way to get unbiased reports.


Transparency

Again I have the perfect solution. Ghosts



By filling the gov't with dead people I could have the most transparent administration ever. I mean seriously would anyone even be able to tell the difference if the gov't was full of dead people? Once again this is the perfect solution.
