Editorial Note ~ I love Mr. Woldy

I love Mr Woldy, I do. And I look forward to walking in a Woldy Wonderland on Christmas.

Winter Wonderland - Pat Boone ~ Background Music

Our proud, incumbent Prime Minister Mr Woldy has won himself a 3rd term in office. It was, however, a very, very close race. His main opponent Craig Rossiter was only 3 votes behind with the final tally showing 704 votes for Mr Woldy and 701 votes for Craig. This definitely highlights the change in attitude across the UK.

And I'd just like to point out, before a select few people share their opinions, that the greater majority did vote for Mr Woldy. Just because a large proportion went for Craig does not mean that the whole UK hates the current administration. It just means there is evenly divided opinion.

On a lighter note, the election had a lulzy bug which means that Mr Woldy was awarded 2 Presidential Medals for his victory. I'm going to assume that this is because the Admins had to reinclude everyone in the elections due to the mishaps of many countries. If you don't know what went on, it was basically that quite a few countries assumed that their Presidential candidates could announce their candidacy and choose their goals on the 2nd. Turns out, they misread it and it actually meant they had to have applied & chosen their goals before the 2nd came around. The bug could have been caused by something totally different but it's my best guess.

Anyway, elsewhere in the world, none of the elections affect our country except one. The USA. Long time US politician Jewitt has been elected to Presidency. In his manifesto, he promised to attack the UK within 3 days of being elected. However, he also added (in very small print, might I add) the following disclaimer: &quot😉o note, this is completely for fun. Do you honestly think Jewitt is an idiot to tell the enemy when he'll attack? Let alone let the enemy know he's attacking xD". Seems like a cop out to be honest. The entire US population, government included, have harped on for months now that they will get revenge and bladdy bladdy blah. They've had countless opportunities and still haven't. So I'll be very surprised to see a notification on my front page saying that the US have attacked.

That's about all this week. Time to wrap up.

1. Churchill's Corner ~ Written by Winston L.S. Churchill, the UKRP Party President. Just read it for the lulz.

2. Fuzz in a Teacup ~ Written by Trinc, 7 time congressman of the United Netherlands. He recently covered the details of the highly popular merger between the United Kingdom & the United Netherlands. It will be very interesting to see how it all turns out and his newspaper is a good place to keep track.

The next issue of Informed Voices will aim to cover any news we can uncover about the UK + UNL merger as well as any emerging news about our new alliance PHOENIX.

Until next time, thanks for reading. Please vote and subscribe. 🙂
