Theocratic reform - Part 1

Hello fellow theocratic citizens!

Now that elections confirmed us in charge with a HUGE 100% con congressmen, we can really start our internal policy plan.

That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind... well, almost 😃

This is the first part of a much bigger reform and I'm here to show you the first part of it: from now on you'll better buy only q1 food, your salary will be decreased and our welfare system will provide you gift everyday without asking.

Since that's a lot of things, let me explain better: as you know we are more than a contry, we are more than an army and we are more than CEO of our factories. We are everything of the above and we provide everything a citizen need. In order of doing so we need our people in very good shape, always ready to fight and ready to work at their best conditions. That's the reason of the welfare system. Our Minister of welfare and his team will gift every workers in the theocratic companies, everyday, untill he/she reaches 100 wellness. With this system the worker will only have to buy q1 food to minimize his expenses since we'll provide that extra boost everyone needs.
But of course there is a price to pay for that (and not only for that, but i'll explain later) and it is you salary: untill now we only payed wages considering the quality of the factory and the price of the appropriate food to mantain your wellness. This is not efficent and much expensive. From now on wages will be (skill + 1) * 5 CHF. "Why that formula? it don't even take in any consideration the quality of the company i'm workinf for" i'm sure you are asking yourselves. Well, very easy answer: since your only expense will be q1 food (oh, we will drop the price from 5 to 2 CHF) and our welfare system will boot you wellnes to 100% every day, it really don't matter if you work for a Q1 or a Q5.
The other question you are asking yourselves is, for sure "hey, but with 50% income i'll gain only 0.2 gold per day with my skill 7. it's a poor salary" and here the answer i'm gonna give you is not easy as the one before, but if you'll like it then join theocracy is the rightest choice you could have made in this game. As you know we provide our citizens everything they need. With this new salary system they'll get a lower salary compared to many other country, but on the other hand when we go to war we will give our army tickets to move, gift and weapons to fight at best and when we will start our military ranking program (soon you'll learn more) we will also provide gold. We think it is acceptable to recive a lower wage since stay with us means you have almost no expense, only Q1 food. We provide all the rest, so your salary can be considered net profit you'll gonna put in your bankroll. and if you don't like chf but prefer gold we'll always have offers on the monetary market to let you change the currency.
