Answer to 1:
It was quite by accident.

Answer to 2:
In a quirky twist of fate, the party's PP resigned automatically due to inactivity. I then became the PP by default, a few hours before the PP elections started.

Question 3:
Is this Party for real?

Answer to 3:
Yes.


The William Duncan Party.


In rapid time I've had to decide whether or not to do something with this party that has quite unexpectedly fallen into my lap. The pressure increased when Fmr. President Jacobi's lieutenant, Moffington, joined the William Duncan Party (the WDP) and began to contest me for the PP spot.

Of course, I know that this is purely for the sake of jest; still, I'm sincerely and humbly requesting Moffington step down, because after careful consideration I have chosen to adopt this Party, and use it to contribute to eCanada's overall good. If you woukd like to, Moffington, you're more than welcome to help. I remember how reliable you were on a day to day basis from when I was CP.


Keep It Simple Stupid.

The WDP is about one thing: it's members, our community, and our e-country. My focus will be on developing players for eCanada who can lead eCanada competently into the future. Skilled and Talented players are the #1 resource of our country. The WDP is about winning the game, and winning it for eCanadians, our friends and our allies.


The Plan

1. Set-up Forum and IRC chan.
2. Start Party Org and Newspaper.


Target Goals:

- Increase membership to 30~50 by the next PP elections.
- Generate 1 gold/day through membership dues (to set-up Org, Paper) then running adverts.
- Once established, consider merging with DAL, CPF, CPC or other Top 5 Party.


Summary:

The WDP is committed to eCanadians. We are committed to winning. This Party is for developing our members, and providing them with the resources they need to grow and achieve their goals. Our motto, "Wisdom and Virtue", is what we wish to instill in our members -and through them- into eCanada.
