How to succeed as a nation: the key is competition. Primarily: Internal Competition. The more fighting between citizens the better. Obviously, Internal Competition means the best will rise to the top, and the best is who we want at the top. The more brutal and intemperate the infighting is, the better. There ought to be no rules.

Fight Over Fighting!
Nothing is more important than competition between military groups. You want the best fighters to prove themselves, and the best way for that, is for Americans to compete against other Americans. Whichever military unit ends up the winner, is obviously the best option to receive all the government funding. Personally, I believe that the developments lately over funding of militias is great. The national military obviously won, they had the better political inroads, the officers were cabinet members, congressmen, and they won because they got the political support to cut funding for other groups. Obviously, only the national military should be supported. They won the Internal Competition, players who want to play elsewhere deserve no government funding, and it would be silly to try and help them. If they don't like the national military, other countries that suck may be willing to take them off our hands.



Fight Over Immigration!
Well, really, fighting over immigration is just silly. Immigration should be ignored, because its a useful tool. Foreign Nationals can bolster your personal support, and they're pretty easy to buy. Simply give them citizenship and they'll vote for you, work for you, fight for you, or whatever. For an easy sum of gold, foreign enemies become quick friends. The congress' rules about immigration are just silly, I applaud the political parties such as iNCi and the AMP who have employed strong forces of foreign nationals to promote their goals. The more parties and other groups promote their goals, the better. More competition=better leaders at the top.

Fight Over Boring!
Find Your Status Quo, and stick with it! Changes in foreign relations are bad, theyre unpredictable, and if we want our own domestic factions to be able to spend the proper amount of time competing with one another, we want a stable world environment. Macro-Alliances with little risk of change or power shifts are important, we dont want to rock the boat too much. Its worth it to appease foreign hostiles and aggressors in order to maintain a static foreign situation. We don't want a serious fight, or we wont be able to focus on our own vital Internal Competition. If our best citizens aren't working on besting our worst citizens, some of our inferior members may inadvertently rise to the top.



Fight Over Rules
Its important to remember that the rules of erepublik are really just guidelines. Its well known that infractions against the Laws of Plato result in little more than slaps on the wrist. The rules of the game ought to be ignored in favor of our Internal Competition. Multi farms, abusing orgs, abusing moderator priviledges, it must be fair game. The Internal Competition must be pure, infettered, or else it will be inefficient.

Fight Over Temperance!
The cardinal rule in a successful country is that there are no rules. Above all, beat your neighbor; if you can. There should be no limit. War is simply power unrestrained by constitution or compact. Whatever must be done, the optimum is for Americans to abandon all sense of reason and sensibility in their quest for internal dominance.


If These Ideas and Ideals are followed, I assure you, we will have nothing but the best running our nation. Reason, Logic, Controls, they must be left behind, they're archaic, and honestly, our nation has grown beyond them. Our Internal Championship must be unrestrained, or else we risk losing the game.
