America! Look upon your nation!
The United States has six regions left. As of 18:00 server time on Day 635 (last Sunday) of the New World, World War III has ended. But, Russia presses on!
U.S. President Emerick has signed a treaty with the leaders of PEACE (except Russia). The key bullet points of the peace treaty are as follows:
- The United States will allow Indonesia to permanently keep California and Hawai'i, and Hungary will keep Alaska. The fine for re-acquiring these regions is 5000g.
- All other regions will be purchased from their current owner at the following rate: 300g for high raw material regions, and 200g for all others.
- The United States has 4 months to pay all fees and fines.
- The United States will sign peace treaties with France, Portugal, Indonesia, Russia, and Hungary.
- The United States will have a four month non-aggression pact with those same countries.
Emerick and the United States have finally caved to the pressure of their superior opponents. He was recently up for impeachment, but it was voted down. He'll stay in power as long as he wants to.
I think it should be noted that the largest accomplishment for PEACE in this war was toppling California, which opened the floodgates. Had the United States government followed Zoli's advice on putting a Q5 hospital and defense system in California months ago, this war might have never even happened.

Russia has rejected the treaty on the grounds that the 200-300g price for re-acquired regions is not enough. It looks as if we are getting the best of both worlds as Russia aims to eliminate New England, having conquered Vermont and recently pressing the attack on Connecticut.

I would have liked to see Florida and New Jersey fall, just so the U.S. would be nuzzled up in New England; a fine place to start over. However, I'm pleased to see that at least Indonesia will get to keep California as a souvenir of victory.
I hope Americans feel humbled by today's events. I hope it ferments and sets in inside their hearts that they are not the untouchable mighty beast they fancied themselves before the war. Now they might be able to more readily deal with rival nations on a diplomatic level, or ignore minor squabbles with allies that cause them to disband alliances and go rogue. Having come so close to complete annihilation... I hope America starts to look more discriminately in the mirror.

Hpratio, I feel cheated. eUSA turned out to be all show and no go. Maybe if in the past they had picked opponents their own size they wouldn't suck so badly. Actually they would never have been invaded if it hadn't been for their bullying and subservience to ATLANTIS.

I actually agree, I wanted very badly to see the US wiped out completely, but the shame and the infighting this is going to bring I think at least makes up for it in part.
BAD very BAD, All our fighting went for nothing and our leaders sold themselfs for gold, SHAME ON PEACE LEADERS IF THEY ACCEPT THIS PEACE, THIS IS BAD becasuse:
1. We nearly taken all of the USA and we have to give them almost all their regions back
2. USA will be able to help their allies on other front's
3. They will rebuild their economy and then they will attack us
4. Other PEACE nations like Serbia are angry because they got nothing in this war and they were number 4 by the damage they have dealt in the war, also Russia is angry because they have to give all those regions they taken, and I think Portugal isn't happy either!
5. IF PEACE AGREE TO THIS THIS WILL BE A DEFEAT NOT A VICTORY!
I think this will break PEACE into PEACES. Congrats for destroying everything with this treaty. Just wait and see.. 😉)

America has to pay Russia and Portugal 200-300g per region they re-acquire. As for Serbia... they fought but they didn't put their neck on the line like Indonesia, Hungary, Portugal, and Russia did. Only invading countries should be compensated. Serbians should feel good enough that they got to pitch in and build up their strength.
Russia will refuse this treaty!

Well we are not happy we want's some territories too, we were number 4 by the damage we have dealt, and our army and are Elite soldiers Generals and FM were in Indonesia and Hungary we have spend many gold in tanking we fought day and night and we want piece of the cake, we want a high iron region and that is central Greece, and Indonesia nor Hungary support this we deserve something for the big help we have contributed to the PEACE!
PS: When I say we I mean Serbia and Serbs!
I wonder, will the peace treaty and resulting reparation to PEACE filter down to the ordinary dogfaces who fought?
I won't claim to understand how this world works, but I personally pitched in on the basis that I agreed with the need to teach the US a lesson. At least, what I'd read made me think so.
In doing so, I got healthcare, which was great. I got XP, also great, but I spent a lot of my own money (most of it paid with RW cash) buying weapons - expensive. I occasionally hear about weapons bought by the state for soldiers, but I've never been offered.
What do I stand to gain?
Bajke sm, The way I see it, your nation may have done damage but you deserve nothing in this war. You didn't invade a nation and risk losing your country, all you did was sink money into it and then whine like a girl when you aren't offered anything. Here's a tip, Next time, put your neck on the line and you might get something.
You dont even deserve anything in Greece seeing as its a matter between Turkey and Greece and NOT PEACE GC. Keep whining though, Im sure your PEACE GC masters love that.

I've been called a traitor to the US Army because I left and fought for PEACE. I simply responded to them that they never gave me anything and that I paid for every weapon I used. I told them to shove it and moved on.
Spending your own RL cash is your decision, man. If you're going to do that then make sure your government doesn't offer weapons programs.
Tip: Buy no more than three weapons per battle (as the HP diminish dramatically when you're health is below 60) and always buy Q1.

How can you say that, do you see who are neighbors of Serbia it is EDEN member Romania and Croatia, we could be attacked any moment now, Croatia had TO our congress before they have occupied us before, we have liberated ourself's we had baby boom, we are fighting big for PEACE and PEACE should show us some gratitude, btw since when Hungary and Indonesia risk their own country to attack USA, Indonesia risked Japan and Hungary risked UK, Serbia is far from USA so we couldn't attack them, but we want to take greece we deserve it more than Turks who are not even a member of PEACE!

Thats a joke, right? Did you read the treaty or log on during the month previous? The eUSA is, was, and has been for sometime, completely and utterly FINISHED.
You know what's funny?
Americans are calling on their President to fight to the death.
PEACE GC citizens are calling for their Presidents to finish the job.
You know who wants to end the war?
The politicians.
The Americans would have to start over with RWs and building new parties. No President. No dominant parties. No government to spend money. For the leadership of a country which has been totally unorganized at the grassroots, the end of tax revenue is a serious crisis.
PEACE GC politicians would have to deal with the political problems that have been hidden by the war: the gross inequalities between member states in an alliance which claims equality for all. Relorian's arguments about saving all the spoils of war for the Indonesia-Hungary-Russia superpowers are typical, and the rest of you should expect to hear a lot more of it (Charter be damned).

I've said it many times - REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY! For months we've been giving good advice to eUSA, because we were sure they wouldn't follow it and would call anyone suggesting a similar useful idea a traitor 🙂

I think this is good. While the eUS government has made some mistakes and has quite a big ego, so many would want them to be wiped off the map, I think this deal is the perfect way of showing the Americans that we aren't all bad. 🙂
