Sorry my vote (or my word) has more value to me, just sounds not right. I am new and all and maybe do not understand all but first impression is this is not right. Can be seen as a service, like prostitution can be seen as a service, and many do it , just not me.

i to do not believe in the use of this service but although it does not feel right to us it is still a great idea.

Personally i think there is a place for this, IF you are only a handfull of people and want your voice heard there will be no way to get your article on the top 5. I say use it, it is not harming anyone else.
