Can someone explain what this means?
An IP address is a unique number that is attached to a persons internet connection. What this means is that when the same IP address is used by several different accounts, they are either all hanging out at the same house, they live together and use the same internet connection, or in this case, which is most likely, are all really the same person logging into different accounts.

Given this information, we can come to the conclusion that Naroist, Neptun Steel, and Jarraklainen are all multi accounts of Leon.

An IP addrees is linked to your computer or router, not your city. In order to have the same IP, you have to use the same device, or like in my house, the same router...
We shared same computer many times, I mean we don't live in the same house, that's why I have to PM/Call them for sth.
You could login to their accounts and resign as well. You didn't have to call them lol. Just stop it Leon.

I would imagine their story is truthful. For a group of friends to join a game on the same day is normal. The sharing of the IP address was plausible until Leon stated they don't live together. You IP would definitely be different to each other. My only thought is that you all joined the forums on the same day in the same house and the forum records that IP address, not the most recent one.
As far as I know, the forum records your last login IP. Btw, welcome back, long time no see!

Secondly, I do consider my self pretty neutral in all this as I have not been part of the arguments. Purely judging on the information obtained through this article and its comments, provided the information is correct, it does not bode well for Leon Reno. It is highly suspicious to have been born in the same day and then access the forum from the same place consecutively over a time frame. This is more so when the defendant claims they do not live together, but within the same city. The only way he can prove himself for sure is to give evidence that the four in question are separate individuals working for the same company. But even then, this can be faked.
Leon Reno, you are in a sticky situation. I hope that you can prove your innocence and that people can then apologize. If you are guilty, then do the respectable thing and says so.

You know that you can control your multies through Tor Browser (Which can also be used for making them and accessing the deep web) without being detected because Tor's a proxy, right? (And by proxy i mean that when you access through Tor Browser, your IP isn't the same as the IP on your computer.
But some of us WILL send a ticket.
