The Sweeping US Endgame

US managed to win all four direct battles against Russia yesterday: Missouri (-99k), Iowa (-192k), Minnesota (-132k) and Indiana (-103k), and they also won all three RWs: New York (-8k), Pennsylvania (-4k) and Wisconsin (-11k). Seven regions in one day which is quite a revenge for a similar feat accomplished by Russia at the beginning of the war. New attacks were launched at Massachusetts (-27k) including a RW (+22k) there, Connecticut (-17k) and Illinois (-1k). If they manage to win all these too, they'll have only Rhode Island and New Jersey left for tomorrow. Or is today the day PEACE tries something different?


USA

What about Colombia? They're doing their best attacking US regions. America retreated from Oklahoma and Texas, and the battle for Missouri (+83k) is currently underway. I think Colombia is trying to connect to Russia in order to allow them some region swaps, although at the pace Russia is losing regions, I'm not sure why they bother at all. US seems determined to finish what they've started and will hand over any region to Colombia in order to wipe Russia out. In the meantime Mexico took most of the borrowed regions back from Colombia.

Spain is just one step away from completing the `Reconquista`. Last night we've witnessed once again a highly coordinated action in the Canary Islands (-36k). It turns out a +150k wall is no obstacle at all and can be reduced to dust in mere minutes. The only remaining battle, Andalucia, will be no different - no doubt about that.

The only odd thing today is the absence of Canadian attacks on Hungary. It's been a long time since Hungary had a chance to attack, but they too are very quiet for the moment. There's just another region swap with Germany: Rhineland-Palatinate (-184k). We'll have to wait and see what happens next.
