The shrinking of Pozsony

Day 232, 04:47 Published in Hungary Hungary by Peter Richter

I will continue my series of articles about my region with a fact and trend which is concerning me.

When I came here, the population here was 39 people (not much, but something). Today, a couple of days later, it is 32 and that is with 2 people moving here. If they hadn't moved here, it would have been 30 people left. Is there nobody who wants to go here?

Somehow I hope that people come here but it is tough to get Slovakians here, when there isn't an option when registering and getting Hungarians here doesn't really make sense since they want to play in their home region. I guess that in the end Pozsony will end up with 10 citizens unless a lot of Hungarians decide to move here.

I guess time will show whether this region will grow or fall.
