I am tired of people not having enough food to fight. I am tired of people having to ask for food. I am tired of people not being able to request food.
Therefore I am introducing The Road to Prosperity.

As of today, not all American citizens have enough wellness to fight. You can join the USAF, a oms funded militia or get food from certain programs.
Yes, they can very easily apply to any of them. However many citizens choose none of the above or can't choose any. Some citizens just don't want to be in USAF or oms militias, 1500 U.S citizens in the US ARMY. 430 U.S citizens in AED. 85 U.S citizens in Liberty Corps. 60 U.S citizens in the Revolutionary Army, and a whole lot of other non funded military units.
Some people are restricted from Meals on Wheels.


Guess what I am above level 25, and when there are not enough bonuses, I do not have enough wellness to fight with. It is not just me, there are plenty of low levels, high levels, middle levels, that do not have enough food to fight everyday. Yet


That's right almost 1.5 million. Why is 1.5 million dollars sitting there? Where is this money being used, and how?
Our representatives say this is our reserve for the invasion. So when we are invaded we don't get bankrupt. This is a blatant lie. Our reserve has been going up when we had 50 regions, 40 regions, 20 regions, 10 regions, and when we had barely any bonuses. Run out of money! Hah!

Lets take a look at our budget for this month. It goes week by week. Hence the usual 100k donation everyday.



So mpp budgets which is perfectly fine. Nothing wrong with that.
The almighty military gets 537,500 of our budget or 71.67%. Nothing is wrong with that, unless your not in military... If you are not in military you get nearly nothing, but pay 25% of your salary job, and 5% of your sales on the market. In return congress allocates 1.67% of the budget to the department of interior. In terms of wellness 180 wellness a day for posting a picture on the forums, or if your under level 25, 240 wellness. Something is wrong with that. Now the reserve. Congress chooses to save 150,000 dollars per week. That is ridiculous.

Introducing The Road to Prosperity.

First, U.S citizens shall get their money back. 100k USD will go into Meals on Wheels once a week. The restrictions will be lifted, the amount of wellness given will be increased, the amount of requests will increase. More players getting more food to fight will result in direct growth, and retention. The unfunded units can have their members receive food. There would not be a need of a civilian mu unit, besides the orders. Give wellness to majority of citizens, and America will be stronger. Instead of saving up money and wait for an invasion, how about we use it and improve our citizens!Take the Road to Prosperity.

Second, taxes must be lowered. I am not suggesting massive cuts. I see the need for a reserve, but not when the reserve grows no matter how little bonuses we have. That is why taxes must be lowered to an appropriate rate where the government can support itself, and doesn't strangle the workers. If we have enough money left over to go into a reserve every month that is a success. A tax rate that gives the a fair to small amount to the reserve every month is the optimal solution.Take the Road to Prosperity.

Third,a creation of a training program. Basically a program that gives players an education of the benefits of
and the money to pay for constructing it. When these first came out, I thought gold for 2.5 strength , no way(negative)! Then I realized it was worth the investment. It pays for itself through medals, as well as increasing your damage. I much rather have 1000 medium strength citizens than 80 super elites. Also, a side note to tell citizens to save gold from leveling, and don't buy health packs. Simple message, but it's not in new citizen message.

What am I going to do about this? Propose this the first day if I get elected into congress. I am running in Wisconsin. There is a problem, I have a solution, I have a plan, and I plan to make a difference.
