25 gold = 7000 cc
15 EB = 17080 cc
bombs at a 200cc CO ( very rare ) = ~2500cc
damage booster = ... 0 cc
2000hp building = 10 x 3400 cc ( 200hp building on market) = 34000 cc
damage accelerator = 4200cc

SUM = 64780 CC
So 65k cc is the highest, best scenario, best ever price ever and ever. Actually is lower because some items are not that attractive to users and who gets the pack is taking a risk, because you never know when there's a "dead" month with few battles and low COs.

This is wrong. Well not wrong but something missing. Houses that you buy from market is for 1 week. But this building is for 1 month. So if you multiply it with 4, 😮 Much more than it has to be 😃
Yeah, but it s just an aproximation. The actual value is 0, because it has no market value since you can t sell or buy. You can just compare it with another product. For instance you can t put a price on the no xp option, it s priceless. 😄
Houses on the market are made with WRM and salaries which obviously rise up the price. So we can just speculate. I ve chosen a mid option.
