The re-introduction of the "healthy newbies" list

Now as some of you may or may not be aware in my campaign article I mentioned that whether I am elected or not I would like to reinitialize CDV's "healthy newbies" list.

Originally his idea to get the name's of all of the "newbies" in our party who had their wellness under 40. From there I was not exactly sure what happened. However i thought that it was a good idea at the time. Unfortunately the "list" only lasted one week.

So basically we are going to send a message to all of the members of the DPP who are under level 13 and who's wellness is under 40. Then we will help them to raise their wellness to higher level. By giving them gifts and some advice on how to raise their wellness.

I'm sorry for the briefness of this article.
