She/He was also temp banned for multiple accounts as was battal ,etc .
Until the investigation closes there is a temp ban ,once a decision is made the account is either banned for god or reopened depending on the findings.

Already mentioned that until a decision is made a temp banned is given,when the investigation is finished the final punishment is given.
What if he is actually innocent ,perm bans cannot be reverted .
And it's the same behavior if you are in Phoenix or in EDEN .
People who can use their judgements ..do it .
Others that just want to flame ..do it.
Regarding the people with M stars .
In other games Moderatos or any other people with the power to punish other people are thoroughly checked before getting the "tools" and the power that comes with it .
Usually people with this kind of power should not have political,military or any kind of affiliations that might impact their decision.
Also ..they are ussualy not high profile members of communities since high profile members have a lot of friends ,a lot of links with the community and popularity to live up to and it's harder for them to punish people .
This should be taken into consideration by ER when they make decisions on who joind the M team .
I am sure that there are players in the game with this kind of experience that could provide feedback to Admins if Admins would try to open this delicate thread to discussion .
It's delicate but it's better then making wrong assumptions .
