If you are not yet aware of the eVatican, let me tell you a little bit about this noble organization that was recently begun just three days ago. The eVatican is truly the first organization of its kind. We consist of people of all real-life faiths, and even those who lack it. While we all hold certain moral values to be true and self-evident, the purpose of this international enterprise is to promote understanding among nations and to influence the world for the better. We already have established eChurches in 32/59 countries, a truly astonishing feat in such a short span of time, and we are constantly looking to add more! We also have 200 Official members already and are quickly expanding and hope you will be a part of it!
Unlike other eReligions, we are not doing it simply for the lulz, and unlike other international groups of players, we abhor even the thought of a political take-over. Our members and clergy consist of Country Presidents, Congress members, and long-term eRepublik citizens seeking to be a part of a greater cause and to accomplish amazing things in the eWorld. We hope to establish international charities to assist players in need, as well as form the Crusader Army, an elite group of international military forces who will periodically be called upon to defend a vulnerable nation which requires assistance.
The mission of the eVatican is benevolent and it will allow you to network with a whole array of people who you otherwise would of never come across in the eWorld. The restriction on ereligion is specific to the Wiki. It would appear that the eRepublik admins and staff would prefer to ignore the elephant dwelling on its doorstep than get embroiled in metaphysics. It is find to invoke separation of church and state but it is impossible to enforce that in-game: you can't really constrain ideology like that. Perhaps someday, Norway will ban Ajay, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just shocked that we have RL North Koreans able to play this game. Let freedom ring...(and long live the King).

The Vatican is the Roman Catholics Holy City and Country and the Popes home. Therefore you are basing your organisation on a place which all Roman Catholics regard as part of their religion in which their Holy Father presides. As well as using the symbol of the crossed keys, which is a symbol of one of saints of the Roman Catholic Church. And yet you claim you do not base this on the Roman Catholic Religion?
