The plan for the ministry of Recruitment & Coaching for november 2009

Hello everyone,
As newly appointed minster of Recruitment & Coaching I tought it was a good idea to start my own newspaper.

A quick reminder of the work of our ministry :

- Recruitment of new eCitizens for eUNL.
- Coaching and help new citizens to move in the good way.
- Provide maximum information on opportunities in eUNL.
- Responding to a maximum of questions about the functioning of eRepublik.


My view of the new points of the ministry of R&C

Before a sufficient new eBabyboom can be done I think that it is important to get all new citizens to our forum and guide them through it.
When I started to play this game I felt a little bit lost and when I found the forum I needed a lot of time to get me update and find the right articles.

Therefore i would like to start a new subforum titled "new members"
In this subforum there will be a sticky topic/or even a seperate place where people can introduce themselves, this will make it easier for new members to start posting.
Also in this subforum a guide for easy levelling etc can be found.
A seperate topic about our Union (and the situation of flanders) would be usefull.

Finally I'm going to search for an efficient way to get new players to this forum.
--> One idea I already had was that the managers of the training companies send an ingame message to their new employees about this forum.

I could use the help of you guys by writing good guides and articles for this separate forum. (offering links to existing articles is good as well)

After this is done I will focus on recruiting new players at different poular sites. But without a good guidance system, we will lose most of them anyway after a week or so.

Any comments/remarks on this can be posted as answer on this topic.
