Its good guide to explain the game for beginners.
Not bad. Pretty good for newb's. Would like to point out that once you create a newspaper, if you do not plan on writing much it's more of a hinderance than anything. If you plan on moving at any point, then you have to be able to sell it. Also, as far as jobs, most CV lists are 10 pages long, so that doesnt always work. It is usually helpful simply to PM the GM of a larger company that will usually hire you, and also make connections to some people who have been here a while.

This is pretty bad. Obvious points, shameless self promotion and nothing new. Everything is also already covered in the help, your point 11 and if you want to make obvious points it\'s rather stupid to leave out steps like joining the army before you train.

Being a newbie this is a horrible guide. Other then the shameless self promotion for Iran, you tell us newbs to do things and don't explain how to do them. What is the point? You also use words that we wouldn't yet understand (what the hell is Cv).
CV is your resume. different parts of the world call it different things.
Your guide is incomplete. You can not write a paper unless you are lvl 8. You can not join a political party unless you have 40 exp. And I am so poor from the cheap job I have I can not buy food so no gift from me.
