***So What's the Big Deal***

As you all might know I’ve rejected the president post previously, but now I want to take that position. Why? Not because I want to get another medal for my profile, it’s because I want to have that change which needs a President power to do. The main reason which drove me to the way to president is the possible takeover of India from foreign powers who are working at their full capacity and the last congress election was just a trial run for them, which is quite successful for them. If you haven’t heard the rumors then let me tell you that Malaysia and Denmark already got PTOed (Haven’t got confirmation from both countries’ officials yet). So I thought that’s not a time to take any chance and I believe that I am able to manage ATO (Anti Take Over) in a better way, which doesn’t mean that Jelly is unable to do that. I am just trying to say that I am having better support like of AHF and our foreign ATO Friends to do that. And I’ve experience of 3 months for that in recent time.
And it's not the only reason. Just one of them.

My Goals for the term, according to the ministries are as below:-
Defence:-
The first and foremost goal is to revive IAF and get it to the standard comparable to AHF and other foreign military forces like ST6, SFFA etc. I’ll try to bring lana napoleon training more frequently, as permissible by Finance. And when the USA deal already got finanlized, I don’t think we would be having any money crunch to do that. Also like other military forces, my plan is to send our soldiers on foreign missions also for training and for helping our allies. This way we can cut cost for training of our soldiers, by getting free weapons from other nations. Our ambassadors’ job will be more important in doing the same.

Foreign Affairs
As I’ve already mentioned, Ambassador’s job will be more crucial and important in my term. As I believe in friendly relation with all of the nations, especially the neutral and small ones.

Finance
The initial goal will be to get data about the tax revenues from each and every sector. So that we can revise taxes to a more correct way. The recent tax changes are not so significant in improving our economy (according to me and many of the economy specialists). The final tax change will be decided by only after discussing with entrepreneurs of India, so that we can give everyone what they want and what is good for all. Also I’ll try not to convert Indian Economy as closed one, so as to keep getting gold inflow into our system.

Internal Affairs
The most important ministry in our country, which prepares the future battle heroes, media moguls, presidents will be on top priority. To get more people involved to be mentor, I’ll kick start the mentors reward program, which were planned when I was Minister of Internal Affairs in Ashwamedh’s government. Many of my previous plans including IRC daily games, a reward program for newbies, a training session for mentors etc. will be initiated during my term. So for that I will need an extremely active Minister of Internal Affairs. Slackers and 2 clickers, try in other ministries 😉

Expansion
The next priority of mine will be Expansion. I’ve already started a private group named as SAT, for getting the required baby boom in India. We are getting good success and I am finding many new babies in India too. Though many are multies, but I can see genuine people also here and the number has increased. In my presidential term I’ll be having a separate active and functional ministry, though we already have it, but it’s not that much active that it needs to be. One person can’t win the world cup, It’s a team effort and I’ll make sure people join the team. And yes don’t forget the incentives. 😉

NPF
Very Important, yet dying department. Nobody knows what it is, and who’s handling this. It’s most likely becoming a secret word to use. But my friends, in real there’s only one or two people in NPF and they are not as much active as they needs to. So I’ll make sure in my term that we have an active NPF. Also The ATO will work directly under NPF, and will be trained on ATO task by our foreign friends and some of the experienced Indian.

Communication
No Secrecy, no fake promises. Only clear figures and transparency at its best. That’ll be the job of our Minister of Communications, to inform our people about what’s going on and what’s the actual work being done in each of the department. How it’ll be insured, read more 😉

Some New Style of Working:-

Reporting
Reporting of their daily task will be compulsory for all of the ministers and they needs to submit the report every 2 or 3 days (will be decided in a meeting).And an audited report per week. The MoC will work as an auditor and will be responsible for publishing all the info about various departments and of government. That’ll ensure the activeness of all of the ministers.

Tax revenue calculations
As I mentioned earlier, the new tax change will be purely based on historical figures, so that we can get the full potential of Indian Economy.

University of India
A separate university will be installed to teach each of the Indian citizens about do’s and don’ts in this eWorld. This will be likely under Internal Affairs, but can be shifted to become a Ministry of Education, if we get enough manpower.

Incentives:-
For each of the person who have done an extremely good job, which helped India a lot, we’ll be having an incentive program. Each week some citizens will be termed as SuperIndians and will be getting free gifts, weapons, houses, golds for lana, and many more. Newbie’s will always be preferred, but we’ll be having enough prizes for our older SuperIndians too.

Some Serious Issues:-

Stance towards Alliance:-
Strictly Neutral. No compromise in the neutrality of India. Those countries that’ll be having friendly behavior with India and are helping us, will be treated as friends and those who’ll be working so that sovereignty of India can be damaged, will be termed as Enemies. No name will matter. We’ll not attack on any country first and will be having defensive stance, unless you got our nerves. Small and friendly countries like South Africa, Israel, that are still neutral can expect a good deal from us in every terms.

Azad Hind Fauj
No more IAF-AHF issue. The AHF people will be having equal chance to join the govt. departments. And also after talking the AHF commanders, they are agreed to support me as President of India. I’ll try to get involve the AHF leaders in planning strategies for India, as they are way more experienced than me and most of us too.

Party
I would like to run from my first and still last party “Democratic Party of India”. Though the “India United” Party President Rahul K is agreed to select me or support me in the election. But still I don’t want to be called as party traitor and will choose DPI only, unless I don’t get support from DPI. I am very sorry that I haven’t told any of the DPI officials about my plans. I request them to contact me for the same, as I am unaware of whom to talk.

Clarity
I want be as clear as I can in all of my strategies and steps taken. If any of you are having any doubts, suggestions, you can contact me anytime, as I am most likely available on IRC and MSN, most of the day.

I am having experience of almost all of the departments in India. I’ve previously handled Internal Affairs, Defence, NPF, Expansion, Foreign Affairs, Anti Take Over, Congress, etc.
Being a Real Life Indian, I can do more in terms of Expansion and Internal affairs.

Last, but not the least. I’ll try my Best to fulfill all of my promises and also will try to follow the procedures mentioned above, But in case of any emergency the interest of India will be first, and all of the promises above can void. But Don’t worry, I won’t do anything noobish before talking to you all through meetings and forum posts.
PS: The above manifesto has been prepared in a hurry and hasn’t yet included all of my plans.
