Join the new world

I am kind of new to this game, but I think that I have learned and gained a lot of experience for such a short amount of time. Especially, I have read materials on eRepublik’s wiki source about the World organizations such as EDEN, and TERRA. As we know, these organizations somewhat effective. Today, I would like to talk about the new organization that I am trying to create. Unlike EDEN or TERRA, this new organization’s goal will be protecting the members and keeping peace. Of course organizations like EDEN and TERRA protect their members, but this organization will be especially concentrating on PEACE. The structure of this organization is very similar to NATO’s structure. The requirements to be a member of this organization are similar to NATO’s requirements. And the main thing about this organization is that all members are going to be actively enrolled into administration. Below is written constitution of new organization.

GP (Great Powers)

To bring Peace to our members and hell to our enemies

Requirements for becoming a new member

1) Applying country MUST be in excellent relationship with GP’s FOUNDING members

2) Population of applying country MUST BE greater than 3000 citizens

3) Applying country must be NOT involved in a war with any country/organization (resistance doesn’t count)

4) Applying country MUST have very well developed government structure such as, president, congress, political parties

5) Applying country must be NOT a member of any military organizations (EDEN, PEACE, TERRA, etc. )
Approval
1) ONLY the President of GP has right to take a new applicant’s request to be a new member of GP to the GP court (GP court is described under article structure)
2) If the President of GP will NOT or doesn’t WANT to take the request for an approval to the GP Court. Then, the Applicant Country MUST RE-APPLY after THE NEW president of GP takes the seat
3) IF the President of GP takes the applicant’s request to the GP Court. Then, ONLY GP court has power to approve the new applicant ( 80% or more needed to be approved). No other member or President of GP has power to approve an applicant but the GP Court.
4) IF GP court denies the applicants request, they have RIGHT to re-apply after 14 days. Rejected applying country for membership in GP has two more rights to do so.
5) IF GP court approves the applicant, then they BECOME a NEW member of GP WITHOUT TRIAL period

Requirements for new member to become regular member

1) Show loyalty to ALL GP members, The GP court, and the President of GP

2) Support GP members by military and economically actions that declares the constitution of GP, President of GP, and the Court of GP

3) Successfully pass six month of new member period

4) MUST create newspaper in their country which SUPPORTS actions of GP and its members

5) IF a NEW member fails to do any of 4 required steps to be regular member within six months, they WILL be brought to the GP court BY the President of GP

6) If the President fails to bring the New member for failure of any 4 steps described in article 1,2,3,and 4 - Requirements for new member to become regular member , then the President will be brought to the GP court – article 8 –Structure/Power of the President of GP

Structure:

President of GP
1) Presidency of GP is HONORABLE position. Member countries TAKE turns for presidency. Always starts with founding members and then goes to regular members. New members of GP have NO such RIGHT. The turn for presidency in GP goes as :
1) Founding members: only five countries are the Founding members: 1st Turkey, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th are VACANT)
2) Regular members: VACANT
3) New Turn starts with TURKEY, after goes to the 2nd fm (founding member), after to the 3rd fm , and after to 4th and 5th founding country members. Then goes to regular members: .


2) President of GP can be ONLY a president of GP founding member and regular member country:
1) IF current president’s country will cancel their membership with GP or will be terminated BY the GP court from GP, then current president is NO longer the president of GP. Then article 2.2 and 2.3 take power
2) IF the GP Court Veto’s the current president of GP. Then article 2.3 takes power. Only GP court has a right to VETO the President of GP
3) IF any of 2.1 or 2.2 happens, next country’s president in line takes the turn for presidency. If he will not or will not be able to take the presidency seat within 24 hours, then the president of GP will be all of the founding countries presidents (Turkey, 2nd fm, 3rd fm, and 4th and 5th fms) and ONLY for 5 days. After 5 days, the presidency turn starts as article 1.3 says
4) IF article 2.3 takes place, then GP court judges for 5 days are vice-presidents of founding members

3) New President of GP is assigned EVERY 14 days

4) GP member country that recently has/had presidency seat CAN have presidency again ONLY:
1) ALL the member countries presidents have served the FULL term
2) New Turn has started and now it’s the turn for presidency for this country
3) IF current president can no longer serve. After article 2.2 and 2.3 takes place and then GP presidency turn starts over again (Founding members and Regular members)
Powers of the President of GP and the GP Court

5) President of GP has a lot of power in GP. The powers which is not described as the power of GP court belongs to president.

6) Authority to dictate ONLY to REGULAR and NEW members their foreign diplomacy. GP president has power to question loyalty of NEW members. IF the President has any doubts about their loyalty he can bring them to the GP Court.

7) The GP president is the ONLY Authority to bring NEW and REGULAR members to GP court. President of GP has NO right to bring to the GP court founding members ( Turkey, 2nd fm, 3rd fm,and 4th and 5th fms)

8 ) IF president of GP will NOT serve his term properly, the GP court MUST bring him to the court of GP. Therefore, If he gets vetoed than article 2.3 takes place
1) GP court is established to control the POWER of the president of GP and punish disloyalty of ALL members,
2) ONLY founding member countries presidents are GP court judges. Therefore, only these 5 countries presidents have the right to vote.
3) 4 out 5 (80 😵 or 5 out 5 are required votes for resolution/law/veto/action/amendment to take power
4) ONLY GP court has right: To veto president of GP (IF required 80% or 100% is achieved to vote veto, then article 2.3 takes place), to cancel membership of NEW GP members (Only possible if the New member is brought to the GP court BY the GP president), to declare war on NEUTRAL countries/organizations, and PUNISH FOUNDING members.
5) Regular members MUST be punished for disloyalty to GP too. Again, GP president MUST bring to GP court the failed regular GP member. IF GP court finds the country guilty, they MUST terminate their membership in GP.
6) GP court judges MUST work for goods of GP. If any member of GP court will try to do harm to GP, other 4 judges MUST
6.1) Cancel that GP judge’s power, and give his seat to Vice-President of country whose president got canceled
6.2) IF GP judges fail to do so, GP president MUST dismiss the GP court.
6.3) IF GP president dismisses the GP court, vice-presidents of FOUNDING member countries take the GP court judges positions automatically. Until the founding countries elect their NEW presidents.
6.4) New president of GP can’t return terminated presidents to the GP court. Presidents of founding member countries can only return by article 8.6.3
6.5) New presidents of founding countries will automatically take GP judge positions

Function

Protection PACT
1) GP is created to PROTECT each other

2) All members are EQUAL in Protection PACT

3) Protection PACT gives warranties to all the members of GP of PEACE and HELL to the enemies of GP member country

4) IF one GP member declares war to another member of GP. The member who declared the War and attacked first will be TERMINATED from GP AUTOMATICALLY.

5) GP Protection PACT agreement:
1) IF any GP member country gets attacked by neutral/enemy country/organization, all GP members attack an aggressor/aggressors
2) Presidents/ vice-presidents of GP member countries MUST send their soldiers to protect attacked GP member country within 2 hours after attack
3) GP members MUST pass the LAW in their countries to DECLARE war on the aggressor/aggressors
4) War should be ended after attacked GP member country gets their territories back and material compensations
5) NO GP member’s soldiers should join the aggressor. Failure to do so, will make GP member (whose soldiers fought on aggressor’s side against GP member ) to pay off 10 GOLD for EACH soldier
6) Failure to do article 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 will bring failed NEW and Regular members will be AUTOMATICALLY Terminated.
7) IF the founding member failed to do articles 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 he will be AUTOMATICALLY terminated from GP. His position in founding member of GP will take the first in line GP regular member.

Attacking PACT

1) GP is NOT created for aggression but there is exceptions

2) The country which ANY GP member wants to attack acts too dangerously such as, supporting/ starting revolts in GP member territories, supporting an enemy country, threating GP member, etc.

3) IF this GP member wants GP organization’s help in a FUTURE war against a FUTURE enemy they MUST ask the president of GP to take this ISSUE to the court of GP. If the president of GP doesn’t support the FUTURE WAR he has the authority to NOT to take the issue to the court of the GP

4) Only the President has the power to take the issue to the court of GP. IF the president denies the request, than GP CAN’T declare the future war

5) If president accepts the issue and takes to the court of GP, court has two choices
1) Veto the Future War ( need to be rejected by 2 court members or more)
2) Approve the War ( need to be approved by 4 court members or more)

6) If GP court approves the war
1) Presidents of members of GP MUST declare the WAR on the Enemy
2) 24 hours is given to declare the War on the enemy to ALL GP member countries
3) Failure to pass the Bill/Declare the common enemy for any GP members is Termination from GP
4) The President of GP is head general of the WAR
4.1) Controls GP army, War actions, and which enemy territories to attack
4.2) Has the ONLY power to sign Peace treaty/treaties

7) Before signing the Peace Treaty, President SHALL get approval from the GP member who asked to declare the WAR

8 ) If the GP member will refuse the Peace treaty, President MUST take it to the GP court. If the GP court approves the Peace treaty (4 or more GP court members approval required) then President can sign Peace Treaty

9) If the GP member agrees with the Peace Treaty, then there is NO need for the GP court.

10) After President signs the treaty, ALL GP members MUST sign the PEACE treaty.

11) Failure to sign the Peace treaty by ANY GP member, will mean that GP WILL NOT support that GP member’s war ( besides defending his OWN territories which is described by article 5 – Protection Pact). Any GP member SHALL decide whenever they want to support the future aggression to the NEUTRAL country or not.

Amendments to the Constitution of GP

1) An amendment request can be brought by ANY GP member to the Presidemt of GP. GP president has power either to take it to the GP court or not. IF president denies taking the amendment request to the GP court, the requested country member can re-request amendment again ONLY IF the NEW President of GP to take the re-requested amendment to the GP court. NO ANY GP member country can take it directly to the GP court without GP’s presidential approval. If ANY member takes the request for an amendment directly to the GP court, the GP court has NO right to approve it.

2) Amendments to the Constitution of GP CAN BE ONLY added by the GP court.

3) 80% or more is required for the Amendment to pass

4) The President of GP HAS right to VETO the Amendment
1) If the President of GP vetoes the amendment, it goes back to the GP Court
2) If the GP court approves the amendment the second time, President has NO RIGHT to VETO it. The amendment takes power automatically
3) If the President won’t veto it the first time, the amendment takes power.

Briefly,
Yes, I know that this idea might sound unrealistic or crazy but let’s not think just think about short term prospective. Let’s think about a long term prospective. This organization gives stability to its members. Stability means that tomorrow the member country of GP will be protected, will be supported, and won’t be left alone against enemy or enemies. Stability means that tomorrow the member country can have freedom, and not afraid of any countries threats.
Yes, I know that some will say that the structure is not fully written but let’s not judge without a try. Founding members will have a power to add amendments or to rewrite the constitution of GP. All I am trying to do is to create an organization which will protect its members.

Finally, we should try before we will criticize it. I am sure that in long term run all members will gain more power and become stronger than now. As I said, this is just a raw constitution.
