The new Constitution of eSwitzerland

Dear people of eSwitzerland, I am trukork, your actual vMoHA in charge of the MoHA since Astorwald is busy.

Today I'm pleased to announce you that a new constitution has been written by the Constitutional Committee (Paul Proteus, Rican and Lotus Black) and the Congress has approved this new constitution.

Some part of this Constitution could change if the Congress decide so, but we will keep you informed of those changes.
Rican : "The Constitution is a Living Document.
I encourage all Swiss citizens to read the Constitution and tell us your thoughts. All changes (amendments) will be seriously considered and voted on. Just as in RL democratic countries, a constitution is a work in progress that evolves and improves through citizen involvement."
