Over the last few terms I have suggested to setup a National Government. In other words a government that is not based on political parties, but based on people who are willing to help out and hold office. This is open to every eNL citizen.
National Government Form
This sheet allows the party presidents to help form a government that is based on peoples ability but also on peoples willingness to help out. In order to hold a Ministers post you must have held a State Secretary Position in one of the ministries for AT least one term. In the next couple of days I will discuss this with the Party Presidents and see if we are able to form a national Government that is based on quality and not political preference.

I think we better can start with make rules / start talking with all parties.
And its not meant to make bureacracy, but I like the idea more, when we can make national governments with good filled ministeries, but that stays in office for example 3-4 months.
This way we add way more stability, as well continuation, and less 'political' crap.
3-4 months is long, I however am for a period of at least two months.
Very much support this idea, details need to be worked out but the general idea is good.
i think 3-4 months is a bit long time for starting citizens to wait for a chance to get involved in government functions.
but i encourage the idea, for the minister positions.
Nice idea in theory, but I really do not see the needs for it and there is no crisis that suggest a need for such a change. If it is 2 months, it really does not seem to worth all of the effort for making a new bill, bureaucratic structure etc. If it is 3-4 months, it is too long.
Overall I do not think it is really needed. Sounds good on paper but not really practical and overall not really useful. If it is not broken, do not fix it.
