Join the new world

This interview was written awhile ago so it may be a little outdated but Euphonix is the first player to break the 500k Damage barrier and "break" erepublik 😃

1. With only being 20K away from 500K damage how long do you think it will be til you reach it and what do you think will happen once you do?

It feels great. I'm proud. And, of course, thankful to everyone who made it possible, starting with the Portuguese government and it's support to the military, Italian, Indonesian and Hungarian governments as well and also to Antonio Moutinho, who helped me in the final push... among many others.

2. Have you ever done mercenary Work, and if so who for and for how much?

I never won any money for myself for fighting, so no, I didn't do mercenary work. I did fight with several goverments funding though (weapons and/or gold)

3. What in erepublik has kept you around since day 22 and have you ever taken a vacation from it?

I never took a vacation. I did missed a few days back in beta, though. What keeps me here is the community, without it, the game is no fun at all.

4. Where did you start your life in the eWorld and do you still call that place your eworld home?

I started in Portugal and that is still my eworld home.

5. I notice you have won 2 congress spots, where did you win them and do you plan to ever run agian?

I won them in Portugal, in the beggining of V1 (I think). For now I don't plan to run again because when in congress you can't leave the country and what I like to do is travel and fight.


6. Have you ever tried your hand in bussiness? Do you own any companies?

I used to own some companies back in beta, never owned one in V! but I did help to manage some state owned companies for some time.

7. You also have the Media Mogul award, why do you believe so many people have subscribed to your paper?

I got my media mogul medal during a campaign started by Nicosianipar to help raise funds for Hungary when they started to get their regions back vs Romania (see here: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-campaign-harcra-fel-updated-list-20-now--748882/1/20)

8. What has been the favorite thing you've done on erepublik and why?

Reaching 500k was pretty good. But beating the spaniards in their first offensive (http://www.erepublik.com/en/battles/show/5756) was my favorite moment in erepublik so far.
